My stay was excellent! The apartment exceeded expectations, being even better than in the photos. All very new, well equipped and extremely cozy. The location is amazing, a few meters from the waterfront, at the best point of Tramandaí, which makes the experience even more special. Access to the condominium is very practical, done electronically, ensuring security and amenities. In addition, the host was impeccable in service, very agile and always attentive. Another differential are the bathrooms, both with a gas shower, which ensured comfortable baths. The accommodation also has a washer and dryer that makes all the difference for those who want practicality. I recommend it without restrictions and I will certainly return at a next chance!

Wonderful place, one of the best houses on the north coast of RS, all clean and organized, very welcoming to the host even offering us chekin in advance of 1 day at no extra cost but we were unable to take advantage of this gift offered... very large and friendly place, the only thing that could be added was heating in the pool, but in our stay it did not have to because it was very hot every day but for a few days here in the RS until the summer the pool heating is interesting but nothing to discredit the great house a real mansion. Great place to enjoy with friends and or with large family…

The house was extremely clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach, 3 minutes on foot. The patio is large, our dogs enjoyed it a lot. There is a staircase that gives access to the terrace, the place is great to enjoy the sea and the sunrise.

Great house, large, close to the beach making it easy to go on foot, all fenced, wifi available, with two bathrooms (which makes life easier for those who go with more people), washing machine and a barbecue in the back. Gabriela was so kind and super accessible. I recommend it!

It was our first beach experience, we found it wonderful, the night without the ventilator is possible to sleep with the sound of the sea very relaxing, the Roges AP attended us positively and we will certainly return, Josi person requests, friendly waited us with clean and smelling towels and sheets, whenever we need to attend us quickly, clean home, very quiet environment, we feel at home, all according to the announcement. To improve would be the control of the ants we miss tbm of a toaster would be legal to supplement. Note 10 on everything for sure! The view will be remembered forever!

The only downtown area is the lack of many shops nearby, but this does not interfere with the experience, as it is possible to find everything you need with a small commute. Overall, it's a perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace of mind. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay… house as described, excellent location, direct beach access, close to markets and downtown. Fabio was a great host, gave us directions to restaurants, responded very quickly and was flexible with check-in and check-out. Note 1000. We loved it.

Our stay was wonderful!! We were made to feel very welcome by Jaci and his companion. Very attentive Jaci showed us the apartment and left a basket of fruits that we love! We feel at home, the apartment is super cozy, everything was clean and very smelling, super-equipped kitchen, room with great bedding!
