Everything went very well, the building as well as the apartment are very new, everything is very clean and cozy, the location is great on a super quiet street and very close to the beach with a great boardwalk for walking, although there is no parking in the building I had no problems parking on the street, basically the street is composed of 2 blocks and there was always a vacancy available in one of them, but if necessary there is the Pão de Açúcar parking nearby that can be used but at a cost, on the street you don't have to pay and I found it very safe, as we always like to walk in the morning we left Ingá through the beach and walked to Icarai, super nice, even at night. There are many good restaurants in the vicinity, in Niterói some tips: Botequim Arretado, Caneco Gelado do Mário and Seu Antonio, all of these are excellent (in my opinion, of course) Camboinhas beach is excellent to spend the day... anyway, it was very worthwhile and we will certainly return. Raquel was super attentive, I RECOMMEND IT!!!

One of the best hosts I've ever had: extremely fast in responses, very professional, polite and kind. We managed to arrange the apartment for us from one day to the next, with great agility. The instructions were always clear and accurate, from the first contact to the exit. The apartment is beautiful, clean, with a breathtaking view. It is well equipped, modern, airy and clear. The noise of the waves inside the apartment is delicious! The bath is excellent, and there is a complete office for those who want to work facing the sea. My only suggestion is to have a top pillow option for those who like softer mattress, and a higher pillow for those who prefer it. They are only suggestions, because in fact I have nothing to complain about the space. I will come back for sure!

The apartment is quite comfortable and clean, well located and easy to access for what we needed. Quiet place with plenty of commerce. The dialogue was always quick and kind. Had a great stay!
