The apartment has a simply stunning view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also great, with easy access to the main tourist attractions. However, the bathroom could be better taken care of. Although it was functional, some details could be improved, such as the finish. Overall, the experience was positive and would recommend the property, especially for the incredible view.

The apartment is super comfortable, and is very well located. It has a beautiful view of the sea, beyond the view of the rooftop of the building, where there is a swimming pool with a wide view of the entire waterfront. The Hosts were super helpful.

Fantastico Apartamento! Large and comfortable room with air conditioning, full kitchen! We don't miss anything! Room with very comfortable and well ventilated beds! We sleep very well! The building and all its structure is wonderful too! It is practically on the sand of the beach. Very safe car parking, fast elevators and a very chic pool area providing a lot of comfort and sucks inside the building! High structure of the environment with places to rest in front of the sea! Rafaela served me very well, taking all the doubts and helping in the check in part. I highly recommend this apartment! You have nothing to complain about! All very well taken care of and with a sophisticated touch with lighting of LEDs all over the apartment! My family loved it! We spent perfect days there! I only have to thank you and recommend more to those who are looking to book this one, you can book with your eyes closed that the safety, quality and tranquility there will be right! TOP!!

It was one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed at, as they deliver hotel standard cleaning and hygiene (which should be the standard for all stays but is unfortunately rare). The house is very spacious and I was able to spend time with the family but at the same time with enough space for each one to have their privacy. Guaiuba beach is a delight, surrounded by greenery, it hardly looks like an urban beach. I would definitely come back.

The apt is great, very spacious, everything was organized and clean, the location is fantastic, the employees of the condominium are kind, and a differential was the heated pool, we used it a lot. The beach was quiet and we enjoyed beautiful days of sunshine. Fernando was very quick to respond to the msgs. We intend to go back again and again.

I spent a simply wonderful weekend in the house. From the time of arrival to the exit, everything was perfect! The house is super cozy, clean, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. The atmosphere is very quiet and ideal for resting. The location is excellent, close to the beach and local trades. The sunset was a separate spectacle, a true gift from nature. The hospitality also deserves to be highlighted. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and made us super comfortable, always available to help with what was needed. We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. The house with a view like a soap opera, you know, waking up and seeing the sea, it was so wonderful that you opened the gate and the sea was right there in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed, it even had a hair dryer, the bathrooms were like a hotel. In the kitchen, there is the option to cook, barbecue or even use the wood stove. Douglas was very attentive, Kati, who took us the key, was super communicative, we loved everything there, my family and I already want to go back.
