The space was quite wide, our family was very well received by Jacqueline and her partner. Great swimming pool, independent game space, but we do not use barbecue. The house was well assembled, organized and ready for our arrival.

Great experience! The house is great, very well located (20 min walk to the bus station and 10 min walk to the beach) and very well equipped. Otávio is a superhost, he maintained great communication at all times, made check-in flexible, left gallons of water in the house, sparkling wine (we spent New Year's Eve there) and even picked us up at the bus station. I recommend it!

Sandra was a great host, and we had a very fun New Year's Eve with the family. Pool, barbecue and all the good things. Sandra was ready to respond to any questions or concerns. Even in a situation where I heard a strange noise (it was the cistern), she promptly responded and made a video call to check if everything was okay and give recommendations. I would easily come back and recommend the house! My dog loved the space. note: it is a reserve environment, which means that occasionally you may find hedgehogs, toads or other wild animals nearby. Watch out for dogs.

My family and I had a wonderful experience! The space is beautiful, comfortable, with an authentic decoration that transmits every welcome and a very charming garden. We spent the New Year, and the energy was great, a perfect place to celebrate with peace of mind. In addition, Renata was super attentive and gave us all the necessary support, always available and ready to help. We were very well received and we were left with a feeling of being at home. I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Pablo's place is perfect The neighborhood is great the beach is great markets pharmacies snack bar and restaurants on the beach ...everything very close... you don't need car for anything ... The beach is right next to the house ...very close to the house🏠... We rented the house to a huge group of staff to do a shoot and the house served us perfectly well ... large rooms..comfortable...And an excellent structure... Good internet and everything you need to stay ... The gourmet area is a separate attraction...with a wonderful sunset..

This is the second time I stay at this location. And I hope to catch it available on my next vacation. The unit is clean, has great space, AC, good internet connection. There are great food places for lunch, breakfast, dinner, snacks around it. I was able to walk to different places for everything I needed. Allan is always responsive, and helps with questions or anything needed really. My favorite part about this location is that it’s right by the sea. The view is incredible. I was able to spend my days at the beach and walk up whenever I needed something. Allan, thank you for allowing me to stay there again. Your place is truly the best!

We have wonderful days! The house is great, very well-equipped, complete. The place is cool, comfortable and quiet. You can hear the noise of the sea. Áurea is an amazing hostess! friendly and caring. It gave us complete privacy. A few minutes drive we find all leisure and restaurants. And the delivery we ordered arrived with no problem in the location. We hope to return to this amazing place we love!

The stay at Thiago's house was simply perfect! The pool is large and very well maintained, ideal for relaxing with the family. The bed and bath linens smelled super fresh, a touch that made all the difference. The garden is amazing, it brings a sense of peace and contact with nature. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, ensuring great nights of sleep. The location is also a great highlight: we practically opened the gate and we were already at the beach! In addition, the kitchen is complete, with everything we need during the stay. Thiago was an excellent host. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Wonderful days I spent with my family at Sandra's place, the location is perfect… the house is huge and very well equipped. Highlight for cleanliness, all absolutely spotless ! Opening the windows of the house and coming across that sea a few meters from the eyes is indescribable. About the host (Sandra), she responded to messages in a few seconds. I recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back one day

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

The stay during the carnival exceeded our expectations! Luis is a very receptive and pleasant host, he welcomed us very well and gave several tips for the region and support in what we need. We were delighted with the structure of the house, well airy, clean and served us perfectly well. My pet, Tiquinho, also loved and was very well received. The house is very comfortable, spacious and airy. The pool is wonderful and was very clean. The house has a barbecue and a foosball table that my kids loved. The condominium is calm, quiet and has a beautiful private pond. Ronei welcomed us very well and we had a great weekend.

Lia and Giovanni welcomed us with open arms, with the ability to speak both Portuguese and Spanish. We went with 4 friends to relax and surf and that was just what we got. A hyper pleasurable week in and out of the house. Since we arrived they provided us with relevant information, they helped us with finding tables and suits for surfing, they recommended places and supermarkets, but above all the house is INCREDIBLE. Being able to get up and down from the beach is a pleasure, with spectacular sunsets and unparalleled comfort, an authentic beach house, which we almost didn't want to leave with all the amenities that it has. Located really well, everything a walking distance. Giovanni was always available for anything during the stay, a single message away and always with a smile, total genius.

My family and I love fds in the house of Alan and his Father. house holds even more people . So big that it is. location a super calm place facing Jácone beach with a wonderful pool. i just have to thank you for the full attention that Alan and his father gave us.

I spent a week with my partner and we felt right at home. The accommodation is super-equipped with cooking utensils and linens, even hammocks. We used the bikes to get around the area and do the shopping, it's a very comfortable way to get around Jaconé. Ivan very kindly welcomed us and advised us on transportation and places to go out to eat, he was very attentive. We were delighted with the house, it is a very cozy place. We went in a group of 9 people and we really liked the listing. Valdilon was very helpful and very flexible with check-in and checkout time. The place is located on the beach block and the pictures do not live up to the place, which is well equipped and comfortable. Around little commerce, but even then there were good restaurants close by and bakery as well.

Everything very perfect, the house has a great structure, everything in great condition. Very nice pool and the house was practically already on the sand of the beach. The place is only a little away from the big market, but nothing that gets in the way. Very helpful hosts responded quickly and always willing to help. Everything was perfect!

The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The Jaconé Sea is not ok for bathing most days, but in front of there is a shower that helps to refresh the sun. The highlight of the condominium are the capybaras coming in to eat the grass, causing charm to everyone who watches. There is a nearby market and farmyard and a crowded square. In front of the house there kiosk and residents frequent in the evenings. The place is very safe and nice.

Very cozy home, matches the photos of the listing well and Elisangela always helpful in serving us. I'll be back more often !
