Every cent was worth every cent. For those looking for a spacious and tasty place I highly recommend. Excellent experience to have fun with the family, especially for those with a small child. With respect to the super polite and considerate host Vanderlea, whoever chooses to stay at this location won't regret it.

My experience was PERFECT, I looked for a place near where my sister lives and that was petfrindely (as I would like to take my dog for the first time to Ubatuba). apê was my sister's neighbor and my dog was super comfortable, the photos super match the space.... and the activity of the affintrioes is unique, experience simplistically PERFECT.... You can go without fear.

Our stay was great! Fábio and the perfect host wife, always available and super requested! The house is exactly the same as in the pictures, but the size of the pool by the photo gives the impression of being bigger. Very beautiful view to the beach! No more, the rooms with air conditioning and mattresses in perfect condition. The simple toilets (1 suite upstairs and 1 downstairs), but they do well. The neighborhood is a little away, but by car arrives super fast on the beaches and downtown. There are 2 markets in the neighborhood that meet the needs of everyday life very well! I recommend it!

Spacious, equipped house, close to the beach (you can walk) in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of privacy, comfort and the outdoor area provided us with many family moments. Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.
