Excellent apartment, exactly as described by Mr. Paulo, comfortable, cozy, new utensils, of great quality, Perfect leisure area, location near the beaches, near Ubatuba's commercial center. I highly recommend it!!!

The apartment was super clean, new, well equipped, has the essentials a family needs. Markets, pharmacies nearby. Very close to the avenue with bars, restaurants, a fair and an open-air mall that we liked a lot. Good for nighttime strolls. The hosts always responded immediately and assisted with everything we needed.

We were in 4 adults and 3 children, a clean place, close to the sea that contains several delicious kiosks, close to the pharmacy, market and bakery. Extremely secure. Very good stay I highly recommend!

The house is a grace, it has everything to cook, a fridge and a very good stove. i just wanted to highlight one thing,there are great fans there,but whoever is hot like us,we recommend taking more fans,because it's very hot. Noa mais,the location is good, wonderful pool,sir. Adilson very kind,we love and will be back soon.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we could watch the sunrise every day. The perfect view of the sea! It was a very special experience. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it met our expectations, communication with the owner was super fast, and he kindly gave us all the support we needed. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant atmosphere, with all kitchen utensils, water cooler, bed linens, etc... it was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the location really privileged. In addition to the condominium being one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Great stay, super attentive host, wonderful beaches, blue lagoon and cocanha downtown with children's attraction, heated pool, I have nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home. It had several details that made it very easy to stay, for example , offering toilet paper, sink soap.... The condominium is also great, the pools, game room.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures! Well located, very clean, has everything we need, all new and very comfortable. Amazing days in Ubatuba! Leandro is always very polite and helpful.

Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

Nothing to complain about, accommodated my family very well, very comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, comfortable room, is close to Praia Grande, would come back more often.

Great apartment, clean, organized and has everything we need! not to mention that in the condominium it is very nice, the children have a lot of fun! already and my second time staying, I will definitely come back again! Great to travel and bring the kittens, screened space, well aerated with air conditioning, very close to the beach, safe, it has everything close, condominium with swimming pool and leisure infrastructure, great for holidays, super friendly and loving host. Super Recommended!

Excellent apartment! Just like the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a good stay. The air-conditioning in the rooms is very good! It's too cold, lol; The leisure area of the condominium is indescribable, very good game room and the pool is wonderful. As for the beach, it is a tombo beach that needs attention because of the holes, but we managed to enjoy it without problems because Ronaldo gave us great tips. We enjoyed our stay and we intend to return for sure!

The apartment served us 100%! Selma is very polite and communication with her is very quiet. I only have two reservations: the electronic lock was not working very easily, we had a bit of difficulty in getting the password; the bulk of the cleaning. But nothing that compromised our trip, it was amazing and we'll be back whenever we can.

I, my husband and two pets spent 7 wonderful days in the apartment. Very cozy place clean with all the necessary utensils. Gourmet balcony with wonderful barbecue we enjoy a lot!!! We will definitely return for the next vacation and indicate the location. Nathalia very friendly and attentive received us with great affection, very helpful would answer immediately whenever I had to ask any questions.

Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

Laercio is an excellent host, helpful, polite and always responds quickly. Flawless apartment, very clean, organized and complete. It met all our expectations and accommodated everyone very comfortably. The building is great and close to the beach, bakeries, convenience stores and markets.
