Great stay! The listing description matched exactly what the Flat was and the host was quick to answer all my questions.

Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

The view is incredible, quiet night, 5 minutes from the entrance to the trails, the house is super clean, very beautiful, I loved the environment, I loved that he left the kitchen with that grandmother's look.

The apartment is very well located, with restaurants, markets and several shops nearby. It is wide, clean and offers a spectacular view of the sunsets. Luiz was super attentive and cordial throughout his stay. Flexible check-in greatly contributed to an even more positive experience. The only caveat was in relation to the concierge team, which at times was a little harsh. Overall a great option

This is the second time we have stayed at Flat in Rio and the experience was excellent again! The apartment has an amazing view. We went with a baby and we had a bathtub, high chair, crib and stroller. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, it even has a washing machine. In addition to being very well decorated. Impeccable towels and sheets. The condo is excellent. They provide an umbrella and lounge chairs, as well as having a supermarket, pharmacy, and bakery, all within the same complex. Maxcinny responds very quickly and is very warm. He left us some delicious chocolates as a gift. I highly recommend staying in their apartments.

Being at Mr. 's house Mário José was an amazing experience long before we arrived. It was my first trip to Rio de Janeiro driving, I felt insecure and had doubts several times. Mr. Mário was instrumental in traveling with confidence, promptly attended by giving me hints of the way and all the difficulties I had before even traveling. The place is a paradise. The AP is super complete and with a super fair price for the location. It was a find, a gift from GOD finds it. Thank you Mr. Mário. Many blessings upon you so that you can continue with this gentle heart.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Felipe's space is simply perfect, the accommodation, the view, the beach access, the hotel and location. Hotel staff are simply polite and receptive. Felipe was also very kind and helped us with the flexibility of Check in. Township would return more often for sure.

I highly recommend Leo's apartment. Great location and perfect structure and cleanliness conditions. Highlight for the balcony, which has a wonderful view of the sea, to see the sunrise and sunset. Leo was super attentive, responded quickly to all messages, and gave tips on places near the apartment. No complaints!

We had a great stay in the apartment, spent 8 days with 3 small children. Apto's kitchen served well, the room is very large we slept in 5 there. Basic items that facilitated mto such as oil, salt, toilet paper and even laundry soap. The location is excellent, in front of the beach with a large market right underneath the building that serves pizza and pasta, which was good in the days we were tired to go out to dinner or cook.

It was well attended. It met expectations.

Panoramic view of Copacabana. A breathtaking place when you open the door. The apartment has a closed front and side balcony that provides a stunning panoramic view, not to mention the natural lighting. The apartment is very well equipped, very comfortable, very clean. John and Charlotte are very attentive and the location could not be better. Bars, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The beach is in front and the streets of the region are calm, far from the crowds. I felt at home!

The view from the airbnb is unbeatable! The views to tbe coppacana beach every sunrise and sunset were amazing!

Once again I was fortunate to stay in a great stay in Rio. João super solicito and helpful, received us ahead of schedule and was super friendly all the time. I extend the thanks to Carla who also welcomed us very well and entitled to fresh coffee ❤️ The place is exactly like the listing and has a great location. The price is fair and matches what is offered. The icing on the cake is Musafa, which also looks like a host so good that it received us hahahahah Pena that I can only give five stars, because it was all 10!!

I was simply IN LOVE with the apartment, which is even more beautiful than in the photos, the view it offers from the master bedroom, living room and balcony is spectacular. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and a little more, Eddie leaves towels, soap, toilet paper and other hygiene items available. Now speaking of Eddie: what an AMAZING human being, I've never been so well received in a place! He is extremely polite, responsive, caring and has a wonderful vibe that easily enchants anyone. I was very pleased and happy with the stay and for being so well received! I'll definitely be back many more times...

The apartment is perfectly located, right in front of the sea, with stunning views of the beach. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view from the living room was a real privilege. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice plus and the security of the building reassured us. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be back without hesitating.
