Monthly Rentals in Praia A Mare

Gerardo was a lovely host, we were greeted at the house with wine and snacks and Gerardo gave us great local recommendations. Very close to the beautiful beaches of Praia a Mare, though it’s not very easy to get down there by foot - you need a car to get down to the town/beach. The only thing we didn’t like about the house was that there were no fans in the bedrooms and it was very hot in there. There is AC in the living area which stays very nice and cool. Would recommend this place for small families as the beach at Praia is fantastic for children and families.

A corner of paradise with a beautiful view of the island of Dino . Quiet place and perfectly suitable for visiting the area from Diamante to Maratea. Giuseppe is available and responsive for advice and to solve any problem .

Giuseppe's place at the cottage was perfect for our stay! Beautiful sea views, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still a short walk to the beach and shops. We wanted to get to know this city better and it worked out. We'll be sure to come back. Guiuseppe sent instructions to find the place as well as for entry. Everything was absolutely simple. Everything was perfect. He also responded to messages immediately. Everything was clean and ready for guests. Highly recommend. Giuseppe, really thank you very much.

Lovely apartment equipped with everything you need, furnished with style by Serena and her husband, in a cool and ventilated area located in Aieta one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, chosen for its tranquility and its excellent climate, the sea is about 10/15 minutes away and there is an excellent typical restaurant nearby, Serena turned out to be a very friendly and helpful person.
