Excellent stay, quiet neighbourhood and very close to tram stop and supermarket. Yana is an excellent host who helped me with problems instantly. I stayed for 10 days and it was a great stay. Kitchen was fully equipped .

We spent three lovely days at Marina's place. Located in a new residential area right on the water. The apartment was clean and as described. However, there is no Wi-Fi, which you should be aware of. The terrace invited you to have breakfast in the sun, but the lawn could have been mowed, so it seemed a bit neglected. The kitchen equipment is very limited (counted), but sufficient to cook something. The bed was comfortable, but a small bedside table with lamp is missing. The nearest U-Bahn is about 10 minutes' walk and then you are within four stations in the center. Communication with Marina could have gone better, sometimes you had to wait a long time for a response.

Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Vera is an excellent host.

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see Prague without going to tourist hell. It is in walking distance to the castle. Public transportation is less than 5 minutes walk to take you in 10 minutes to the tourist areas. The balcony looks out on a peaceful square in a family neighborhood. The apartment was carefully restored and is a very pleasant, restful place to stay. It had a full kitchen with all the accoutrements.

We had a lovely stay at Martina's apartment. It was clean and spacious and very peaceful. Martina was very friendly and showed us around the apartment when we arrived. It's really close to the metro station so it's easy to get around. A great place to stay, thank you!

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

The apartment is located in a quiet area, but within walking distance of a metro and bus stop. A Billa branch as well as several restaurants are also close by. The apartment is modernly furnished, cozy and decorated with a lot of love for detail. It offers numerous opportunities to relax – whether in the armchair, on the sofa or outside on the terrace. On the terrace, a Hollywood swing, barbecue, and atmospheric lighting invite you to linger. Everything was very clean and tidy. Kornelie even left us a vase with fresh tulips – a nice gesture that made the already inviting stay even better. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped – very good for cooking. The highlight for our older kids after a long day in town was the huge TV with lots of streaming opportunities. Kornelie is extremely friendly, and helpful.

All was perfect, location, conditions, clean, parking space beside nothing was missing for me, also public transport was close and regular.

The apartment was like new, renovated. Very comfortable for a large group of 6 people. 3 bedrooms with a double bed each and two full bathrooms. The kitchen may be missing some accessories. The biggest difficulty is that it is far from the tourist area, the nearest subway It's a 20-minute walk.

Beautiful cozy wooden house located directly by a stream located and surrounded by mountains and forest. We felt comfortable from the beginning. It was all there what we needed. As it would be cooler but we fired up the wood stove and the whole house became even more cozy.. Really highly recommended!

The place is a bit outside and is located in a quiet residential area. The tram is about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is relatively small, there were two of us and a dog. It was a little too small for that. The apartment is as described in the pictures and has a flexible check-in by key code. The host lives right next door and was very friendly and easily accessible.

I stayed here with my husband for our first visit to Prague, and I would love to stay here again next time. Ephraim made our time in Prague so much better by being a fantastic host. He baked us welcome treats and breads, and every detail in the apartment was thought about, including matching robes. He has a great list of recommendations for food, coffee, and entertainment that should not be overlooked! The number 9 and 15 trams are also a close walk which take you to Praha 1, but there is some much that this neighborhood has to offer. When traveling to a new place it can be difficult to know where things are located and where the good food is, but Ephraim made our stay feel like an extension of home. Thank you, Ephraim!

Michal was very friendly, everything worked out great, he always responded very quickly. The apartment was exactly as described, close to the Moldau and just five minutes from the Congress Centre. The kitchen is very well furnished, it had everything we needed. I would love to go back there anytime, thank you!

Great place, great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Super responsive. The kitchen faucet was broken and they sent a repair man on a Sunday. Highly recommended!!

The apt is beautiful, located at a modern building complex, with a great view of the Tv tower on the 11th floor. It has all the amenities you will need. It is beautifully furnished and Martina was very friendly and helpful with tips of what to see and how to get to the center via public transportation. There is free parking included in a garage, and pets are welcome too. There is conveniently a small market and 2 restaurants in the complex. Me and my dog loved our stay in Martina's apt. We highly recommend!

I recommend the place. The location is perfect for sightseeing - there is something close to walking or communication for everyone. Charming neighborhood! Lots of restaurants, shops nearby. Walk 5 min from Weltawa. Very helpful host with 6+ communication. The apartment needs renovation, but it was clean and everything you need for the place!!! If you're looking for a perfect base for local attractions, Zeki has a great place to go ❤️

Very comfy and spacious accommodation.

Martin's place is great for both travelling with family or friends. Near a nice mall with a big Tesco for groceries. Public transportation to the city takes a bit of time but several trams near the location. The apartment was spacious and had all of the amenities (including dish-washer poes and laundry detergent). Could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise nice.

Great accommodation for a short trip, flawless description and great communication with the provider! Happy to come back to Prague and happy to come back to this place!
