Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

We loved our stay at Giuseppe’s place. It was super cute and clean. The location was fantastic and so was the terrace. Would definitely stay again!

Toni was a very welcoming host! The little touches he left in the accommodation were great. The house is very well-equipped and very well-located. The views are amazing, and his guide served us well for our vacation. We had an incredible holiday in this perfect accommodation, we will recommend this accommodation to our loved ones :)

The apartment was right in the center of Syracuse, within walking distance to all attractions and with a great view of the ocean. Everything was clean and the apartment was well-equipped. Check-in was easy and well-organized, and Simonetta was very responsive and flexible. I really enjoyed my stay!

The pictures don’t describe the beauty of this place. It is a step back in time that you can’t get from most other places. If you want serenity and peace surrounded by natural beauty mixed with history, this is where you must stay. We did have the heater go out on us but this was not Francesco’s fault as the heater was brand new and he was quick to make sure we had alternative heat. It is very easy to get to any of the main cities from this place. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for being a wonderful host Francesco!

I was hesitant to book because there was only one review—but I am glad I did. Overall it was GREAT (amazing ocean view, large space, easy check in instructions and optimal location) but there are a few things that could be improved. AirbnB penalizes hosts for ratings less than 5 stars, so I give the host 5 stars even though there were a few issues. Minor Issues: missing a few amenities from the listing (e.g., beach towels and umbrella). The host did bring us extra regular towels to use the next morning. Shower pressure was weak & there was no conditioner or shampoo. When you take a shower the water goes everywhere all over the floor. Lastly, if you are sensitive to loud noise, our upstairs neighbors would drag chairs and we heard banging sounds late at night (we didn’t complain to the host since it was late). WiFi was spotty (we got 1-2 bars) Parking: we parked in Parcheggio Porta Marina lot which is only an 8 min walk to the place. We used EasyPark app to pay & renew every 24 hours

A lovely house in a fantastic place. Our 2 and 4 year old kids loved it at the beach. We usually had the beach helenally to ourselves. And there was nice beach toys. Good base to visit the baroque towns.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a lovely place in a wonderful location. We will remember Mauro arriving at the door with the extra chair we requested in one hand and the complimentary pasta in the other. Such a treat on our stay and definitely welcomed us to Sicily.

We had a fantastic stay in Robin's beautiful house in Ognina. Can only join other guests in confirming that the place is perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, in a beautiful setting, right across the street from a small bay, with all the necessary amenities. Robin was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, made us feel very much at ease and gave us lots of recommendations for the area. We were traveling with a toddler and had a crib and a high chair that we really appreciated. We enjoyed taking morning walks around Ognina and grabbing afternoon aperols at the cafe by the port. Just note that the house is shared with other guests who have their own access and space, which didn't bother us at the slightest and everyone we saw was very friendly. Thank you Robin for the warm welcome!

Noto is a jewel, a beautiful city. Sabrina and her family welcomed us very well and the apartment was as described. This apartment cannot be better located, a 3 minute walk to everything. We highly recommend.

Great place. The owners turned this old farmhouse into a slice of paradise! Very well equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, wonderful garden and pool, very quiet. Ideal location to shine in Baroque Sicily!

Excellent accommodation. All as described. Quiet and well located. Super clean. Also recommended in colder months. Pam and Dario are very accommodating and gave us a lot of good tips.

Antonino's apartment is really exceptionally high quality: the beautiful parquet, the tasteful furniture, the cotton and linen linens, the excellent mattress with the pillow selection, etc. The most amazing thing is the different views from the windows, partly of Mount Etna, and to top it off, the cozy, bright panoramic room with balcony upstairs. We were very surprised and pleased by the town and the Greek theater, the gastronomic possibilities have done their part to make us want to come back. The tips came from Lella, who generally took excellent care of us. Grazie mille !

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

The place was amazing! Clean, modern, location was perfect; very close to the main street. The place is ideal for big groups- extremely spacious. The outdoors space / private veranda was ideal

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Very nice setting, quiet, Roberto and Erik his son are very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this place for discovering Syracuse and its surroundings.

For us it was the perfect location. Right beside the daily food market. There were fantastic stalls selling fish, seafood cheeses and general produce. The apartment is only a short walk to the temple of Apollo and within easy reach of all the great local restaurants. The parking in Ortigia can be an issue but with a large public car park just across from the apartment it was not a problem. Overall a great stay, I can thoroughly recommend.

Great location Comfortable space

The apartment was almost as described in the listing with few minor discrepancies, but over all great stay, feels safe and the view from the terrace is nice while chilling in the hot tub. The information about complimentary breakfast and snacks is a bit misleading but we gave it benefit of the doubt and figured it out with the responsive administration afterwards.
