Vacation rentals with a patio in Potočnica

Sebastijan was the best host I've ever had on airbnb. He went above and beyond to make us feel like home. We enjoyed the holidays very much and would like to thank him for his kindness also in this way.

The flat is fantastic, everything is newly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and it has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Excellent rain shower with a lot of water pressure. Long balcony with comfortable chairs and hammocks. The owner Anita is very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is also perfect for shopping at nearby Lidl , as well as on foot to the port of Mali Losinij or to the great swimming coves of Cikat. Since Anita is also the owner of Providenca viewing bar, there was even a free dinner for us with beautiful views. All in all highly recommended !

Nice and clean apartment with an amazing pool.

We were really warmly welcomed and despite different languages everything was directly understandable. We got a little briefing, got the key and then were able to arrive comfortably. My family and I felt really comfortable right from the start! Everything was impeccably clean and the bedding just smelled great! 😍 If we go to Croatia again, then definitely there again. 10 out of 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just returned from a fantastic week visiting the island of Vir and staying in Davor & Amy's perfect property! Fantastic location for a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Although it was peak summer season it was much more peaceful than Zadar and all guests were respectful of each other that can only be a credit to Amy & Davor's hosting skills and subtle touches to ensure all areas are well maintained and made easy for guests to use.

We had a great stay at Lukas apartment. The location is superb and Mali Losinj harbor is in walking distance. The flat is perfect for up to 3 people and I would definitely come back.

Delightful apartment above the harbour in Mali Losinj. Kitchen, terrace (with lovely view) and three spacious bedrooms one of which doubles as a living room. Josipa was an excellent host… she and her family live downstairs giving a very friendly and distinctive feeling as against agency lets. Apartment is very well stocked with necessities. Walkable to the centre of town or any of the beaches. Relies on shutters and fans for cooling in the evening.

We stayed at Morana's place in Silba for approx. 10 days and we had a great time. I can only recommend her place. 1. Location: It was a bit off the center of the island, which we really liked because it was super peaceful and quiet. It was easy to go to the center (10-15 min by foot), where you find restaurants and supermarkets. There were several beaches nearby (the nearest being 5 min walk) so we could visit different beaches every day. 2. Apartment's state: The place looks exactly like the photos. It has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and beautiful terrace. We slept in the bigger room, on the sofa couch with a mattress on top that is very comfortable. The place is well equipped with A/C, fridge, stove, cooking utensils. Everything was very clean. Morana left water and juice for us as a welcome. 3. Communication: Morana was super responsive. She was very helpful and friendly. She and her husband picked us up at the port upon arrival and answered all questions.

Claudia is one of the best hosts I ever met. She was kind, friendly and available for any inquiries. Suitable for getaway with friends and family. The pool is amazing :)

Very welcoming hosts. Convenient location of the house. Short walk to beaches and shops, but at the same time a quiet and peaceful place. Nice view from the terrace. Stylishly decoratedinterior. There is everything you need for your stay. There is an opportunity to light a grill and cook fish or meat. It was our best vacation ever.

My friends and I stayed at Melina’s airbnb whilst we went to hideout festival on Zcre beach. Melina was lovely and very helpful. She lives downstairs so was always available to help us. The location was brilliant, near the beach and near lots of bars and restaurants but still felt private and away from people. Us girls felt extremely safe and loved our stay. We could cook our own dinner in the kitchen upstairs and eat it out on the balcony. When we wanted to eat out finding nice restaurants was easy. Thank you so much to Melina. Would highly recommend!

Great location, shaded parking in the yard, apartment perfectly clean, covered terrace, sea view. Mrs. Ružica is a great and helpful host and always available. It can't do better.

Wonderful house! It was all perfect for my family (2 kids): the flat is very very comfortable, clean and with all you need. Boško has been very kind and met us in person when we arrived. The beach is very very close to the house and so nice! Taxi boat and Rab town are very close too. I really suggest you to stay at House Astrid!!

I chose Katarina's home due to the closeness to Beach Rucica and Beach Beritnica. When I arrived , i was so happy about the apartment too. The bedroom was comfortable , large bathroom , well equipped kitchen for me to cook .There is a balcony with partial seaview orwatching the locals wallking around. There are 3 restaurants just around then corners . The local beach is also very pretty and takes seconds to get there !There is also the Life on Mars trail which is a must do !!! It was stunning and not too difficult . I walked with my very active medium / large dog. So , I stronlgy recommend Katarin's home for your next stay in Pag .

Everything was good 🤘. The villa had everything we needed. Restaurants, shops, beach, everything is close. The host was really friendly and helpful in answering everything. My kids were really comfortable and had fun .Thank you very much 😎

Great Airbnb with quality materials everywhere. The appartment is spacious for 4 people and could accommodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed is actually confortable. The property offers a private jacuzzi. Perfect if you are visiting Pag island or Novalja but you must have a car or take an Uber but it wasn’t a big deal since we had a car and we were taking Uber at night. The host is very reactive. I would recommend this property 💯

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Lionelo is a very friendly host who was always available and provided us with good recommendations for the area. The apartment is very well equipped and tastefully decorated - we didn't miss anything. From the spacious and private terrace you have a wonderful view over the sea and spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the time in Lionelo's apartment very much.

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family with a baby. The location was great, 2min walk to the beach, small shop and bakery one house away. A restaurant and ice cream parlor were also a 2-minute walk away. If you are looking for more chic bars, club and other restaurants, you have to go to the other side of the island, which is also accessible by 15 minutes by car. The apartment with the terrace and shared barbecue area is top! The apartment is on the main road, so also a bit noisy in the evening. But the bedroom is on the quiet side. The contact person on site was very nice and accommodating, always easily accessible. The use of a washing machine would have been great for a longer stay and a few more towels, but there are only small things. If we come to Vir again, we'd love to come back here. The house is in a great location. In 10 minutes walking you reach the beach below the house, by car in just 5 minutes we visited better beaches. The home was clean, tidy, and perfectly reflected what was shown in the photos. We were 7 young boys and found many activities in the area. The Host was friendly and helpful, he gave us directions on where to eat and what beaches to visit. It was a pleasure staying at Doris' home

Comucative, welcoming host. The apartment was clean, the amenities matched the description and photos. Vesna allowed us to check in earlier than stated on the itinerary after communication. She personally greeted us, guided us through the accommodation. She surprised us with snacks in the fridge and fresh scones. Very caring and helpful throughout the stay. An apartment in a location for people who are looking for a quiet vacation. Pebble beaches with beautiful clear water about 10-15 minutes on foot. Again, the day before we left, she surprised us with freshly baked fruit cake. She was aware of the check out time and due to the early morning check out she said goodbye to us and accompanied us safe travels and return home. Satisfied with location, weather and beaches.

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!
