Monthly Rentals in Potipot Island

We had a great stay! Location is perfect, right in the beach and is very peaceful. Sunset is Superb!! We came unprepared to cook, thinking we’d just eat out like we usually do on trips, but there weren’t any restaurants nearby. Luckily, the hosts were super accommodating—gave us tips on where to get food, lent us utensils, and were always easy to talk to. Kuya Ipe even offered us fresh fish he caught himself the next morning! The hospitality made all the difference. Would definitely return!

place was clean and had a nice view of the beach on the roof top. the room was exactly how it was shown on the picture. you'll also have privacy since you're on the top floor. so even when you have shared space you have your own balcony/deck. kitchen was spacious. it's just a bit tricky to cook when there are strong winds because it was an open space. Ate abii the caretaker was also very accomodating and welcoming. she even shared some spots that we can visit again the next time we visit.

Contrary to some of the reviews, the staff were very accommodating. They were able to provide our needs during our stay. The place is very relaxing. It’s also a plus that they allowed pets. Although it was not white sand, we loved that the sand is fine and not the ocean floor is not rocky at all. The black outs did occur a few times in the four days that we were there but, the power comes back after a few minutes so it didn’t affect us much. It was a good stay all in all. Although the host waa not that responsive, we were able to navigate the locale easily because the owners were very accomodating as well as the staff. Only problem was the water it was too scarce, but we understood since there were a lot of people booked over the holidays and were using a lot of water for sure. We loved the local restaurant which was 4km away from the resort. It was great value for what we paid for really enjoyed our stay there, might come back soon!
