We offer our lovely guesthouse with sauna and a hot tub to Helsinki area visitors who appreciate nature, privacy and maybe a round of golf- we are located right by the 12th green of Kullo Golf and 40km from Helsinki centre. The cottage is an old log building, carefully renovated to preserve its spirit while suiting the needs of a comfort lover. The cottage is being rigorously cleaned and hard surfaces disinfected between the guests for extra safety and security.
“A nice little cottage near Porvoo and a short drive from Helsinki! Lovely spacious lot (which was warming up when we arrived) and a fair sized sauna suitable for the cottage. The cottage was beautifully decorated, and with the exception of the oven, it had full cooking utensils and a quality outdoor grill. The location was very quiet and you could easily drive to the outdoor terrain or the center of Porvoo by car. Communication was easy with Madara and we always got quick answers to our questions. Due to the Korona situation, bed linen and towels had to be brought to the cottage itself.”
Täysin remontoitu omakotitalon saunarakennus (56m2) omalla sisäänkäynnillä erittäin rauhallisella alueella. Asunnossa lisämukavuutta tuova lattialämmitys, jääkaappi, pieni mutta hyvin varusteltu keittiö takkahuoneen yhteydessä, todella tilava kylpyhuone kahdella suihkulla, sauna ja erillinen WC. Bussipysäkki Helsinkiin (vuoro 863) 300m asunnolta, lähin ruokakauppa (K-supermarket Tarmola) 450 m metsikön läpi kulkevaa kävelytietä pitkin. Porvoon keskustaan 1,8 km.
“We spend few days cycling in lovely Porvoo, Emäsalo and Pellinki. Titta's place was cozy and comfortable. She was nice host and helped us to find a good take away - restaurant too. Grate recommendation!”
JUSSI'S ROOM, his den, is at Porvoo town's centre, beside boat harbor, in a beautiful and legendary 1800s wooden family house for distiller Oskar Levin. The Market Square as well as bus station are nearby, the Old Town is mainly on same street.
“The atmospheric place ... it’s not just some kind of room where you can spend the night and run further, it’s a piece of Porvoo, in which you feel like part of this city. Looking out the window at the river, onto the streets of the city, you can easily go back to about 19. Century. Yes, the room is not perfect cleanliness, in the MOS too, but if in this place I would have seen perfectly wiped dust, I would have decided that this is a museum . There are a lot of objects in the rooms, everything is a little littered, but it does not bother. The room has its own kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, so you can be quite independently in the room. True, the bathroom is shared and a sink for dishes. Liisa gave me advice on choosing a district for my future life in Porvoo, she is really a kind and sympathetic person. I liked everything, I would even visit her again.”
