Lonavla 2 Bedroom Cottage Lochyside Fort William

AlanRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Great location and stay for us. We decided to travel without our car on train and public transport and bikes. Very easy from Fort William with a bus stop right outside Lonalva. Distillery and Highland soap workshop within 5/10 minute walk for the rainy days! Also recommend the Highland cinema in Fort William. House perfect for what we needed and beds very comfortable. Ann and her husband very helpful so thank you very much! Not at all surprised there’s hardly any availability now for much of the summer!!

Camuslongart Cottage (road-end by the shore)

ChristinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Absolutely beautiful, rustic and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay immensely and this was our favorite place during our whole time in Scotland. Views of the loch and you can even see the Eileen Donan castle! one funny thing was the bath- while it had a shower handle there wasn’t a way to stand and shower so we all ended up having baths! Thank you Zoe for an amazing stay, I would definitely recommend!

A beautiful space to stay, the garden, the house, the surroundings all made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. When we had a minor issue with the shower, Frances responded immediately and solved it. Nearby walks were lovely. The location was well situated for exploring the Wester Ross region.

Lovely place. Very clean with beautiful views. We really enjoyed our stay here. Only caveat is the place was advertised to have a washer and dryer, and it only has a washer.

Manish Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Johan‘s cottage and would love to come back for a longer stay at some point. The cottage has all the necessities and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. The cottage is in a beautiful but secluded area. So if you are looking for some peace and quiet, it is absolutely perfect.

Cottage by the Sea, 20 metres from the beach

HeatherRating, 5 stars2 days ago
We had a lovely time staying at Ann's for our visit to Skye. Ann was very responsive to messages and so graciously flexible with our check in time (when we got held up several hours by a closed road). The cottage was beautifully clean with stunning views of the bay, and well located to reach all parts of the island. Would definitely recommend staying with Ann!

Cozy seaside cottage, the views are even more stunning than the pictures. Good driving distance from most Isle of Skye activities and destinations. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise or a breathtaking layer of fog and the sheep grazing. The cottage was homey and comfortable. Had a dishwasher, washer/dryer, reliable wifi, and all the needed amenities.

Another long stay at Forge End has come to an end for my self and work colleague. Your home in Applecross is real find for us and if/when we are required to visit Applecross you will be our first choice every time. Thank you again from both of us.

Luxury Cottage with Sauna, Hot Tub and Sea Views

CarolineRating, 5 stars11 months ago
One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed! Superb and spacious accommodation, beautifully decorated and really well & thoughtfully equipped - it will *exceed* your expectations. With the sauna and hot tub, it's not easy to drag yourself out of the house! And to top it off, the view across the loch is utterly mesmerising. Vivienne was a great host, letting us know everything we needed and leaving a lovely welcome pack. The house is in a peaceful location that is still handy for the main road and great for interesting local walks .... if you can drag yourself away! Can't recommend highly enough 😊
A traditional white croft house is set against a clear blue sky, surrounded by a snowy landscape. Lush green hedges and varied shrubs are arranged in the foreground, enhancing the serene atmosphere. The pristine snow provides a beautiful contrast to the structure's exterior.

SavannahRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I cant's sing enough praise of this place! It was the perfect, secluded, cute spot for us. we were welcomed with a basket full of local goodies, a "just married" banner as it was our honeymoon, just the cutest touches!! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hikes. 3 nights wasn't enough here!! I would recommend this to anyone. A 45 minute drive to the main hikes in Skye, and just down the road from beaches and castles. The local lambs were an added bonus!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Betty’s Lookout! Incredible place, with stunning views. Spent my 30th birthday here, and I couldn’t have imagined a better place. The only thing was the hot tub could have been a little bit hotter, but was still nice to soak in for a while!

Onich Cottage with View of Glencoe from Hot Tub

SabineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. Debbie was so nice and helpful, super easy to reach and very friendly. The house was beautiful. Exactly what you hope for, when booking a cottage in Scotland. the little walk through the field to the beach was just stunning itself, and just added the little extra charme to the place. We loved that we weren‘t in town and had a private and quiet space. Yet Fort William and the main sights are so quick and easy to reach. The house was super clean and very cozy. We felt right at home. The kitchen was also very spacious with everything you need to cook a nice meal at night. If we ever come back to Scotland we would definitely book with Debbie again. We had a great time.

Trotters Burn Isle of Skye

HeidiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful place to stay for our group of 7. Great point for exploring all of Skye. Lovely house, very clean, lots of great recommendations, beautiful sunsets! Only thing I would mentioned was that one of the double beds was a loft bed which we didn’t realize - this meant our adult daughter needed to bunk with grandma in one room that was a single over double because grandma couldn’t get in/out of the loft bed. Other rooms were already accounted for. Not the end of the world and we managed just fine. Overall, great place to stay.

This is a great cottage to get away from it all and relax. The cottage has all the amenities you could need and was spotless. I always judge a place by its towels... the towels were excellent! Soft, fluffy and thick! Steven was very responsive and there was lots of information in a folder inside. Scenery was great and the cottage was so cosy. Highly recommend it.

What a wonderful holiday home, great furnishings, comfy bed, ideally placed for the pub but far enough away from it. We had dinner from Inn side out, lovely haddock and chips and lunch at Walled garden, highly recommended, delicious food. We tend not to go back to the same place but I would return to No19 and highly recommend it.

Wow what a wonderful few days we spent at Eileen’s lovely cottage in the woods. The very large deck, in amongst the trees, made it feel like we were in a tree house! So peaceful and a great place to sit back and enjoy the wildlife. The surrounding area, in particular the beach, is stunning. We were extremely lucky with the weather so we were able to take full advantage. Hopefully we will be back soon
