Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

Beautiful apartment with all the comfort you need. Nice touch of bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Paulo met us personally and showed us around, leaving phone number for any problems (we had no need to use it). Bed is comfortable and clean, with lots of storage space. We only used the main bedroom so can't comment on the other, but it looked fine. Bathroom also clean with lovely powerful shower, heated towel rail, shampoo and shower gel and also towels that are actually large enough to wrap around you. Plenty of sockets, a coffee machine with a few pods ("Uno" type if you want to bring your own), sugar, jams and condiments provided. Location in a quiet alleyway near lots of restaurants. Easily walkable to main sights, train station, Guglie or Madonna dell Orto waterbus stops from the airport (about 10 mins to each). I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It is a very spacious apartment with a beautiful garden view. The place is very tidy. Also it's within walking distance from the town center. Luca and his family were great hosts, quick to respond on arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

We had a great stay in Venice. The house was lovely and we were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the courtyard garden. It was well located to be private, but with easy access to restaurants, transport etc. The hosts were terrific, giving us very clear instructions and suggestions. They responded promptly to any queries. Francesca came to meet us and was so helpful in providing local recommendations. Would highly recommend this property.

Casa Manin is a truly special place to stay in Murano. The home is situated right on one of the canals, so the views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the water just outside your window is such a peaceful experience. The house itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceeded all our expectations. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Alessandra was an exceptional host kind, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was even able to come by within minutes if we needed anything, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Murano or Venice. You won’t regret it!

Very nice spacious property with beautiful old trees, quiet location, the pool is great and the perfect cooling off in as hot weather as we had during our stay. In addition, a fenced garden area where you can play ball, swing, boules or table tennis. Fabienne and Giulio are very friendly and helpful and give very good tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. There is parking on the property and it is very well located to explore the surroundings with Venice, Padua, etc.

We were very pleased with our AirBnB place! Everything was super clean and tidy - everything you needed.. it was very tastefully decorated. Branko and Milica are really very sweet and helpful!! The check-in worked perfectly and was very straightforward, we got great tips and insider information and the location of the apartment is great! We had problems with the car in the end and also there the two helped and supported us very nicely. Thank you for everything!! The accommodation is definitely highly recommended and should we be in the area again, we will be happy to come back!! 🤗

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

An excellent apartment in a great location! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Silvia was incredibly kind and welcoming, always quick to respond and eager to help with any questions we had. We really appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Markus’ place is amazing! The location is great, the space is clean, and the pool view is a nice bonus. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the keypad at check-in, but Markus quickly sent his mom over, and the problem was fixed within 50minutes. Great host and highly recommended!

Olga's home in Venice is lovely! Very Venetian, cozy and homey. Olga and Francesca were incredibly helpful and responsive to anything that came up and provided recommendations on restaurants and cafes nearby which was very kind. Everything worked well for our family, kitchen has everything you would need, rooms were well set up - the heating wasn't working great in one room when we arrived but Olga and team were incredibly quick to respond and help with a fix which was perfect and worked great for the remainder of our stay. The location is ideal and easy walking to everything in Venice while still being on a quiet canal. While it was too cold to properly use the outside space, we all said we wanted to come back and stay again in the warmer months because the patio and terrace were lovely and would be so wonderful to enjoy in warmer weather. A lovely home and Olga was a great host! We visit Venice often and hope to stay here again!

See my review November 2024. I returned because this place is great value for the money and Hermes is such a great host.

The place was great, modern, clean. The apartment is large (we have stayed 2 adults and 2 children). The price of the accommodation also includes an umbrella and a parking space (the car can be parked in the blue zone). we very much welcomed cleaning products (broom, shovel and mop for sweeping, especially the sand that one carries from the beach). The air conditioning is also great. The apartment has 2 balconies and blackout blinds on the windows, which I welcomed especially because of the children). The apartment is in the center, close to the beach and all the action, but also close to the aquapark. It's also possible to rent a bike, but we didn't use that. Overall, I recommend Lucio's place!

We stayed at Romano's apartment for two nights. We had a great time. Nothing was missing in the house. Romano welcomed us personally when we arrived in the evening. The apartment is very large, tidy and clean. Romano also thought to provide us with food for breakfast and lunch. Thanks Romano for the nice stay.
