The house is a few meters from the square, the bar and the sea. Private parking and a pleasant and relaxing outdoor area surrounded by greenery. The two-room apartment has a mini electric kitchenette, sink, fridge (no freezer), air conditioning/heating, free WiFi and TV with Firestick and satellite TV. Mosquito nets complete the amenities.

Typical house with independent entrance near the beaches. Bus stop 20 meters from the house. Close to supermarkets,restaurants,bars, evening markets,parties in the square,boarding for the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena.lucernary bedroom, not equipped with outdoor spaces,no one prohibits being able to hang out on the street,the inhabitants of the street love to sit outside the door to exchange a chat in the summer evenings,we find all this very characteristic! Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the Porto Faro lighthouse and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. You leave the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation of at least 2 consecutive weeks is required. Extra bed linen and towels are provided, only upon request (30 euros/person). N.B. A TOURIST TAX is due.
