Stylish three-room apartment near the sea and bike path

Let yourself be carried away by the elegance and refinement of this beautiful home. The pleasure of a great layout of the rooms will be the highlight for your comfort and privacy. The apartment is on the second floor of a small residential building in an area with little vehicle traffic, but convenient to all services and a short walk from the bike path and the sea in the "foce" and "borgo prino" area. The wonderful promontory of the "Parasio" is just a few minutes away by foot.

The house is located in a quiet area about 30 meters from the sea. Once you have parked the car you can move by foot to go to the seaside, to eat in one of the typical restaurants in the area or just to do the shopping. In fact there is a supermarket nearby and many shops in the closer Via Cascione. The medieval area of Parasio is easily reachable being just 10 minutes away on foot as the entrance to the cycle path which will allow you to move from Imperia to Ospedaletti.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

We had a great stay. Roy and his wife are super friendly, fulfilled all our wishes and gave great food recommendations. The cottage is quiet, relaxing and simply idyllic. Definitely a recommendation!
