Close to many restaurants and not far from the mall. Beach is less than 5 min away.

This is more like a hotel rather than an Airbnb, but it doesn't matter. The location is excellent, right next to the public beach and in the center of the town. It's easy to travel and taxi/tour guides all know this hotel, so it's easy to arrange pick-ups and drop-offs. The room is nice and clean, with a beautiful view just like the picture. The only thing is that this hotel is next to another resort, so if the resort hosts a party, you can hear the loud music quite clearly during the day. Christina is very responsive in providing the check-in guideline and replies to messages quickly. The hotel has beautiful gardens and many cute cats hanging around. I'm happy to recommend this place to travelers.

Wonderful place!!! Looked just like the photos. Location, location, location very walkable to restaurants, the park overlooking the beach ⛱️ it was in the center of everything. There was a parking garage which was great because we had a rental car. The hosts were very communicative and responded timely. Only thing is we weren't able to gain access to the laundry closet because it was accidentally locked and no one was able to come out and unlock it. Other than that great stay! Will be back and book again!

The place looked exactly like the pictures! The unit had all the amenities we needed and the gated community with a guard made us feel safe and secure. We loved our time here and the location was super close to all the tourist attractions. The sea water was so calming and we really enjoyed spending time on the chairs by the cliffs. It was a beautiful and peaceful experience. The hosts were very responsive and helped guide us through all our questions.

Great value for money. Efficient check in, great pool empty most of the time, and constant sound of waves. Note that you need a car - not much around.

Great location in Portmore. Safe, Secure, Quiet and contact points of the apartment well staffed. Washer/Dryer in unit if required. Great views from unit.

Roseanna and Wayne were great hosts. Quick and responsive The house was as the photos clean and nice. Everything is really close, the beach in the back of the property with places to eat just five minutes away. Great location, definitely will stay again.

My month-long stay at Jacqueline's place from January 11th to February 11th, 2025, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Jacqueline is a truly exceptional host – warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and even checked in periodically to see how my stay was going.Her kindness and hospitality was bar none. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect. The location was ideal, close to public transport and within easy reach of the downtown markets and shopping centers. I highly recommend Jacqueline's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay like mine, you won't be disappointed. What a charming stay! I miss the amazing view and sounds of chickens and goats already. As my primary trip goal was to swim, this location was perfect-a one mile walk to Boston Beach, and affordable local taxis, insured I was able to see and swim all along the Eastern beaches of the island! Hosts were open, friendly and graciously took time to answer all my questions. A conveniently located supermarket allowed me to cook humbly for myself-a great money saver, if that’s important in your travels. This trip felt extremely safe, even as an elder solo traveler. People definitely look out for each other on this end of the island. The internet connection was great too!

This property is located in a lovely fishing community, it is very homey and my family and I enjoyed being right by the sea (not the beach). We were able to pick breadfruits and roast it, coconuts and enjoy the water and meat and just chill by the sea side with our family. While we enjoyed our stay, we would be remiss if we didn't talk about the chickens and roosters on property. The roosters did affect our quality of sleep, they crowed between 12 and 5am and they made a lot of droppings on property (so with a 1 year old we had to be ensuring they didn't step in it) We would definitely stay again because the pros outweighed the cons. But I would say bare that in mind before booking. If the host is able to get rid of the chickens/roosters but if not, just condition your mind for disruptions (we have).

Great stay at Rals place with a spectacular view of the port. Lots of good outdoor activities to do close-by. The place was very clean and we were able to get hot showers on our roadtrip which we were happy about. All in all great experience.

We are frequent visitors of Jamaica and we've always stayed in Airbnbs. I can attest that The Parion condo is easily in our top places to stay. You can tell the host cares about her guests by the small details added for comfort. Miss Paris has thought of everything that would make for an awesome stay! There was a welcome sign & a handwritten note (so classy!) Her condo was very clean and it smelled great. She made sure to provide detailed instructions on the location of the unit, how to access it and how to work tv and appliances. It was just enough space for the two of us to relax and enjoy. We loved the location because we could walk to many places to eat, pick up fruits and enjoy the local scenery. The view from the condo overlooked the water (which we saw a close up of a cruise ship during our stay) and a view of the grounds by the pool. 10/10 accommodations & 10/10 host.

this place is a Gem..omggg...it was perfect for our family of 8 stay with still so much room ans space, we had towels to use, all the amenities, the kitchen was fill with everything to use, each spaces were unique and stand out, making ypu feel like you are in a different zone with each room, the colours were intentional, the jamaican vibe was present, we enjoyed every minute of each day, Regna is a sweetheart, she responded to our every little question, she gave all the recommendations, and ensure everything was on point, we will definitely be back, thank you Regna ocho RIOS own us nothing, time well spent. ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed the Airbnb. Great hosts. Very easy checkin. The resort is very secure. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful beach in the mornings enjoying our coffee. Both Michelle and Kerone are very responsive. The place is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. Close proximity to a lot of good restaurants and shops including a great grocery store. It was actually a better location than we anticipated. Our favorite restaurant was Miss T’s. And Starbucks is a few blocks away taking the Turtle walk promenade. We used that a lot. We did a tour and they picked and dropped us off at the Sandcastle’s property. The security is fantastic on the property, we felt very safe. If we return to Ocho Rios we will definitely stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Love the place especially the rooftop… I had a good peaceful rest on the rooftop…. Good view of the beach. It felt like home away from home but better … thank you for sharing your beautiful home. The stairs was a workout but well worth it…
