Vacation rentals with a patio in Portland Parish

My stay at The Nineteen@Monte Charles was as described by Uche. The room was pristine and accommodating. The community was quiet and peaceful with nearby restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance to get whatever you needed. Any remarks made by Uche before, during or after the stay was clear. He was also easy to access with quick response times. On my return, I will be reaching out to Uche for accommodation.

This apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture and appliances. The host was incredibly accommodating and even adjusted my check-in date on short notice. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to return!

We just can't stop coming to this place. Of all the Airbnbs I've been to, Charmaine and St John's place has been the best and most relaxing for me. They are so accommodating, respectful, responsive and punctual. I don't think I can give enough justice my new home deserves. I’ve stayed at Ava’s place a couple of times now and love it. Ava is a wonderful host, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kingston.

We reached out to Andrew prior to leaving Kingston. His housekeeper was waiting for us on the verandah, even though it was raining. We liked her instantly. The properly was more than we expected. Spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean with all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. Our extended family passed by and asked how we found such a place. With a smile we shared the link. Many thanks Andrew and Ms. Pam...we will be back.

My month-long stay at Jacqueline's place from January 11th to February 11th, 2025, was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. Jacqueline is a truly exceptional host – warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, and even checked in periodically to see how my stay was going.Her kindness and hospitality was bar none. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person. It was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was perfect. The location was ideal, close to public transport and within easy reach of the downtown markets and shopping centers. I highly recommend Jacqueline's place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay like mine, you won't be disappointed. We had a quick but amazing stay at Abigail's Strawberry Hill Villa. Both her and Winston were very attentive to communicate throughout the entire booking from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted by Winston and he even helped to arrange a nearby dinner reservation for us. The restaurant at Strawberry Hill Spa is a short walk away and has great food and amazing views of Kingston. The house was clean and each bed has its own bath. Thank you so much, will love to return next time in the area!

Kamali was an amazing host—attentive but not overbearing, always available if I needed any assistance. The place was exactly as described and in a nice, comfortable location. Plus, the unit was even more spacious than the photos suggested. Highly recommend!

Michelle and Kerone were exceptional in their commitment and communication with me.The space is amazingly beautiful and it was so much better than I expected! I felt comfortable and connected with the people. The beach is right there, walkable beaches and activities. There is an excellent vibe going on down by pool side , food , fun , drinks, games etc. I highly recommend this place for those who want to come and visit!

Ricky’s place is perfect for your stay in Ochi. Close to things to do that allow you to travel by foot, but if you need a ride you’re not too far away! The resort offers plenty of food and drink options in the complex. I appreciated that on days I was lazy and didn’t want to go too far. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon!

I had an amazing stay! The host was very communicative and even helped me with my birthday room decorations. He also offered assistance with finding a driver when I didn’t have one. The unit looks even better in person—though the pictures are already great, they don’t do it full justice. It smelled so fresh and clean inside! The location is perfect—close to everything in Ochi. We had unlimited snacks, my favorite rum cream, and bottles of water provided. It was truly an amazing experience! I can’t stress enough how helpful the owner was. I will definitely book again!
