Authentic Alberta Arts Abode

Every nook and cranny of this joint has been spruced up and is anticipating your arrival. This apartment is only used through airbnb meaning it is staged so you feel like you live in it and have every cozy thing you will need like a hotel but so much better...There is an all equipped kitchen and an incredibly comfy queen bed in the albeit small cozy bedroom. The bedroom has a sliding door, closet, and the bed built into the corner with TV with Netflix. There is also a simple couch in the living area that has a bed inside of it for an extra guest. There are heated floors so that your feet are warm in the winter time. A ton of great books to curl up and read and a patio outside of your french doors and private entrance from the street. There is also a driveway in front of the apartment which is yours to use or not. This abode was made to feel rustic so much of the wood is unfinished. If you prefer brand new construction with a rustic finish this is the place for you. Location! Location! Location! We are in an awesome location! Not near the Alberta district but IN it yet we are a couple of blocks away which means our street is quiet. We are a stone's throw from so many great bars and restaurants. This could be a vacation of all walking or you could hop on one of the many public transit options a few blocks away. Or you could rent bikes on Alberta St. This neighborhood is so fun and filled with cute and unique small businesses, shops and establishments yet it is also peaceful. The farmer's market is exactly three blocks down the street and takes place each Sunday. Last Thursday is a festival once a month on Alberta St. We are also walkable/bikeable to other neighborhoods in the NE like the Williams Corridor and Mississippi St. Our abode is like a retreat in a very fun city! We are here as your hosts to help create the best stay possible but it is likely we may never see you as your apartment is completely private from our home. The space is a garden level so it is underneath our house but has french doors and a big window overlooking your own outside space. This space gets great light and truly feels like a cabin. Even though we took great measures in sound proofing you still will hear us pittering and pattering upstairs, our dog barking at the mailman, or our washer/dryer when it is on. You will have a sound machine in your bedroom in case you are a sensitive sleeper and the above might disturb you. We will also leave you an extensive homegrown list of the best spots in town and will only be a text away! Feel free to partake in 420 activities as the kids say these days outside the abode. We prefer if you smoke in the middle of the driveway or sidewalk however if it is a quick hit you can use the patio table and chairs. The driveway is yours to use however the door to our basement is to the left of the driveway so we may at times walk in and out if needed. We try to give our guests utmost privacy so we hope you would not even notice. The feeling of the apartment is truly unique and quite an experience we hope most can afford. We look forward to creating the best nest for your Portland adventure.
