Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

The building was once a magnificent urban aristocratic palace with a stunning private caravanserai, a gorgeous marble staircase whit statues everywhere and dome of chalk and stuccoes. My place is located at the 3rd floor on the ancient building. No lift and 40 steps to arrive at the door. Close to Teatro Massimo and the Piazza Olivella and cool supermarket on the GF. Piazza Olivella, Archeologich Museum, Quattro canti, historical market as Capo and Vucciria, so easy to visit from this house. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers.
