Great place to stay, easy walk into town. Photos matched the pictures and very clean house. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Magdalena's place with family. It is so nice having a nice pet-friendly place to stay, with a great big backyard, table tennis table, and everything you need for a very comfortable stay, including a very comfortable living area and beds. Some breakfast and other goodies were much appreciated. Magdalena is a very friendly, responsive and accommodating host.

We had a lovely stay. The space was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, only a short drive into town. Would stay again.

Lovely spot - lots of light and tree views, cozy fireplace, wood ceilings, amazing outdoor spaces to sit, and a cabin type feel overall. It is a bit rustic in terms of upkeep, but that mostly works with the cabin vibe. Can hear the ocean and feel the wind, very natural feeling place. Quick walk to the bluffs on the steep part of Rye back beach.

Everything was absolutely perfect A really original beach house with nice comfortable beds and clean linen as described in the pictures. Our second time staying at Rebecca’s lovely place in Shoreham. Such a cosy, homely place to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5.

Rod’s place was easy to find and located close to shops and the beach. It had a beautiful sunset view and lots of seating to enjoy on the verandah. There was lots of space for our family in the house with 2 living spaces. The house was decorated with Rod’s passion for music. The kitchen was well equipped with more appliances than a usual Airbnb. The pantry was also well stocked with plenty of extras. Lots of space for our dog to run around outside as well. There were also lots of tv screens every where enough for everyone to choose what they wanted to watch. Board games provided entertainment for our little ones. Lots of wood provided for a lovely fireplace in the colder months. Thank you for having our family.

Absolutely lovely, very spacious and well appointed family home shared with us. Nice quiet surrounds with great outdoor areas. Being pet friendly was a great advantage. Everything was there, didn’t need for anything. Fully stocked pantry, toiletries and fridge essentials. Games and books in abundance. Entire property very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Exceptional host. Will need to include the whole family for our next stay.

Had a wonderful time property was very spacious lots of room For families with children or group of friends/couples. We really enjoyed our stay it’s a shame weather wasn’t better to enjoy the pool, but we enjoyed sitting by the fire pit. Kristen was a great host always responded very quickly and very accommodating. What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

The Portsea Hideaway was a great house to use. From the extra room in the bedrooms to the huge island in the kitchen. The dining table was very usable playing games too. The pool had a little surprise too. Very Enjoyable Stay

Our Bellbrae stay was just what we wanted - peaceful and private but within a short distance of beaches, wineries and plenty of other activities. We loved the happy chooks and friendly cat and dog that added to our welcome. Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Debbie’s. The house is very spacious and tasteful - lots of natural lights and peaceful surroundings. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard which was super private and quiet (and pet friendly). Thank you Debbie for hosting us!

We and the kids absolutely loved our stay. From the big backyard and ping pong table on the deck to the spacious living areas and comfy beds, we couldn't find any fault whatsoever. It's close to the beach and a couple of eateries, but very peaceful. looking forward to returning soon!

Had a wonderful time at Jo's beautiful and cosy house in Jan Juc. Jo was a perfect host and it was a pleasure hanging out with her and her dogs. She was very caring and always responded quickly when I had a question. The whole house is way better equipped then 95% of other airbnb's I had in the past. The reason is, that the house is Jo's home and not just a place to rent out and earn money with. The house also has a beautiful and lush garden where you can relax in privacy. I Really appreciate the time I had in Jo's cosy house and I highly recommend her as an host!

A lovely home with all the necessities for a weekend getaway in the Mornington peninsula. Very close to the hot springs. Central to beaches. Lovely wineries in the area. Comfortable and homely environment. Lovely open and secure spaces for our 3 dogs. Highly recommend this home in the peninsula.

The location of Sally & Kym’s Airbnb was amazing! Just a short walk to the shopping centre and great restaurants. The space was very unique, peaceful and served our needs perfectly as we were travelling with our dog! She loved the area also! Thank you for making our weekend so special 🤩
