Selten haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern. Die Lage ist abgelegen, aber perfekt um sich zu erholen. Einfach ein Traum!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Fabio è stato un padrone di casa eccezionale. Molto gentile e disponibile oltre ad essere sempre pronto a fornire suggerimenti utili sul Chianti e Firenze. Appartamento molto pulito e curato. Non vedo l'ora di tornare nel Chianti.

Studio charmant sur les hauteurs du village (5mn à pied du port et des commerces) avec une terrasse très agréable qui donne sur la mer. Literie propre et confortable, kitchenette bien équipée avec le nécessaire pour faire de la cuisine simple. Surtout très bon accueil (merci encore pour le prosecco!) et échanges faciles. Parfait pour découvrir l'île, ses sentiers de randonnée et ses criques.

Bell'agriturismo in una posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, abbiamo girato per la Val D'Orcia soggiornando qui e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, come a casa. Paolo e la sua compagna gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre al lavoro per garantire il massimo ordine e pulizia della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
