A nice small cottage. We only used one bedroom. Walking distance from restaurants. Quiet on weekend. There is construction going on next door during the week. Overall good experience. If you like to cook the kitchen is the best part of the house!

If you're looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place for you! This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Due to my work I travel a lot and I can say that this was one of my best stays in an Airbnb. The property is modern beautifully furnished, and has plenty of manicured yard space. The communication with the host was top notch and he was always responsive. The service was spectacular! I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Place was dry clean and the views were amazing. Very private. Kitchen was well stocked. If you’re a light sleeper the waves crashing can be a bit much at night.

I would highly recommend this property! It was clean, cozy and in a great location! The instructions for entry were very helpful and we loved the beachy decor!

I loved my stay here- Something special about the light and the balcony and layout that made it so lovely to eat breakfast and sit on the balcony with tea. I did my tai chi practice out there. The YMCA around the corner was great to go swim at in the mornings. The second bedroom/ den was great lounge area too. The neighborhood has wide streets, very safe for walking in the evening. This isnt a trendy area- but it was convenient for shopping and near the freeways. Joseph was a lovely host and was very responsive. I ended up extending my stay too- I will be returning!

We had to leave sooner than scheduled but the apt is in a safe and nice area. Madison is attentive, kind and willful to help. This place is close to everything.

The condo was well-located and so convenient for food shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was cozy and comfortable and the 2bedrooms had full ensuites, with good towels. Kitchen was well equipped with a coffee maker, toaster and pots and pans, dishes etc. The refrigerator was a good size and spotless. Everything was clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner and host were welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The view was amazing! It was far enough up the coast that it wasn't congested. There were plenty of beaches to choose from. There were several mountain trails close as well. You definitely need a car. We enjoyed driving the mountain roads(beautiful views) up to wineries and restaurants in the Westlake Village area. We also loved the unobstructed ocean views with frequent trips up the coast towards Oxnard, where we found authentic Mexican food. The neighbors were friendly, and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our little dog. We frequented theTrancas Dog Park which was well maintained. Our dog went to the Malibu doggy day care a couple times when we toured the Getty museum and did indoor activities, but most places were very dog friendly, she went with us everywhere! The condo had everything needed for a month's stay. All we had to get were groceries.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

Cara’s place was awesome. My daughter and I stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Cara was super responsive and her directions and details for using her space were very helpful (parking, keypad access, etc). The unit was clean and pretty and had everything it said it would in the description. The garden was fantastic. It was so lovely with palms, a banana tree, succulents, flowers and the gorgeous fountain. It was a great base camp location for us because we crammed a lot of sight seeing into our short time in LA. We were able to walk to the 3rd Street Promenade, Ocean Front Walk and the Santa Monica Pier, from there we rented the public bikes and rode one-way to Venice to explore the boardwalk and canals. We could go on and on and wish we could have stayed longer!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Just recommend that you put a mat in the shower. It was no safe, very slippery. Bathroom is the least valuable part of this cottage. It is otherwise, perfect. Great ocean views and nice inside with fireplace and TVs. Been there a number of times.

The place looked exactly like the pictures portrayed. The location was great! Beds were very comfy!
