Family-friendly vacation rentals in Port Coquitlam

We had a wonderful stay! We loved that there are trails accessible by foot from the cabin. (Just walk up the gravel road about 3 minutes.) We discovered that a great morning routine for us was to have coffee, walk through the forest, enjoy the morning light on the ocean, and head back to the cabin for breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing :) Henny is a great host. She shared a ton of wonderful information about places to go and yummy restaurants on the island. The cabin itself is cozy, charming, and quiet. The bed is comfortable, a high priority for me! We also appreciated that we could bring our dog and that she could be off-leash in the grassy area around the cabin.

Our host, jacquie was very friendly and knowledgeable about the island. Our cottage felt like we were in a little piece of paradise in the trees. Hot tub views to the ocean were also enjoyed. Thank you for hosting us Jacquie 💕

I very much enjoyed staying at Darren's place, it is beautiful and very comfortable. It's spotlessly clean and the use of the gorgeous yard really makes it worth the money! Darren is super friendly and helpful and responded almost immediately to all of my questions I would highly recommend staying at this accommodation and I will definitely stay if I can next time!

We enjoyed a four night stay at Gabrielle’s house. It is a beautiful spacious house with beautiful views over the water. There is a big deck with plenty of seating including a dining set for those warm evenings. There is access to a private dock which is great for fishing. It is up water from the ferry terminal at Long Harbour so there was very little traffic on the water, ideal for fishing or just enjoying the peace and quiet. We even enjoyed a visit from a local deer, grazing quietly on the banking by the garage. The house is clean and has a very well equipped kitchen and ample seating. Bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. In the lounge there were books and guides plus a few games to suit all ages plus pbinoculars to study the wildlife. Food shops, restaurants and other facilities are a 10 minute drive into Ganges and there is a local market on Saturdays with a selection of artisan stalls. Gabrielle was a very responsive host, and easy check in/out Certainly recommend.

Oostema Farmstead was such a beautiful and cozy place to spend our time in Lynden! Lisa and Glen were very helpful and have done a wonderful job creating a wonderful homestead!

This is our 5th stay at Deb and Jim's beautiful home. Comfy beautiful space for 6 adults and 2 children to relax and enjoy, right on a walkable beach. Spacious kitchen, well stocked with a large harvest table and a beautiful view of the ocean. Pool table, hot tub, games room, fireplace, comfy beds. It's pretty ideal. We love the Gibson's area. Good beaches and hiking. Persephone and Sunday Cidery are great places to spend an afternoon. Good restaurants, bakery, coffee shop and ice cream shop in town. Love our time there. Look forward to our next visit.

We had such a great experience staying at Wildwood Cabin 2. We had the pleasure of meeting our host, Reg. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and a lovely view from the top. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and the wood-fired sauna was amazing, such a perfect way to relax and enjoy the setting. Inside the cabin, it was cozy and comfortable. I completely fell in love with the bed linens, they were so soft and luxurious. There’s no TV, but there are plenty of board games, which made it really easy to disconnect and enjoy some quiet time. As a sweet bonus, we got to enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens on the property. We didn’t have time to join the yoga class since our stay was short, but that might just be the perfect reason to go back. Thank you Reg for sharing this beautiful space with others!

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Great location, super comfy beds, and all the amenities you could want. I didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely home was a perfect location for our family Christmas away. Lots of space, well appointed home, big kitchen/dining area. House is located in a central area and we were able to walk or catch a bus to anywhere we wanted to go. Would highly recommend.

Cozy, and charming with a private sitting area outside; fragrant hanging wisteria blossoms and architectural antiques add to this gem. The front shade garden and entrance is storybook. The bathroom is new and pristine. Everything is well done for comfort. Need I say more?

Beautiful roomy space with comfortable beds and furniture. Everything you could possibly need. In a fantastic area close to everything we wanted to do. Stunning backyard! It was a lovely place to sit in the sun while our dogs enjoyed running on the lawn. I look forward to coming back next time I’m in the area.Wonderful place to stay.

We are a Senior couple having rented homes and apartments in South Africa, USA, Bermuda, Australia, etc. Tabitha is more than a super host, she is an extraordinary host. She was in England when we arrived but no resulting problem. She left us with extensive notes and many emails guiding us flawlessly thru where everything was and how to use, with special instructions. She continued to e-mails us from London England, notwithstanding the time zone difference of 8 hrs! She had encountered a problem with the City Building Dept on her rental suite which is well furnished and comfy with a fire place full kitchen, and gave us the full use of her well furnished decorated home instead. The view of the ocean from her spacious deck was relaxing when the sun shined The location of her home and rental suite is located in West Vancouver, a premier residential area with a short drive to local shopping, a large enclosed mall shopping centre, and an excellent walkway along the ocean front.

This place is perfect for families. We came for a wedding and the location of the listing was centrally located, which made going everywhere around town an easy 8-12 min drive, or, a quick walk to the park (right behind the listing) and stores/restaurants. Our 4 and 2 yr old had access to books and toys which facilitated our own trip by not having to bring many things for our long weekend stay. We'd happily book this place again. Bonus: They have a bathtub and an amazing shower space, which made bath time for the kiddos super easy and an exquisite experience for the adults after each long day of wedding events.

We had a lovely stay at Billie’s place while visiting Salt Spring for a soccer tournament, and for our first trip with our new puppy! The place was very clean, lots of space, the kitchen had a large fridge and freezer for our snacks, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I even okayed the piano for the first time in years there! We enjoyed having a mudroom to take our boots/cleats/shoes off in and wipe our puppy’s paws before going inside. There’s also a nice lawn in front where we could play with the pup and it was walking distance from the local cidery. Overall it felt like our home away from home during our busy weekend visit.

Perfect cosy apartment for a few days in Vancouver. Walkable to skytrain and downtown, convenient parking, and friendly helpful communications from host. Thanks Cory, I would definitely verify if your place is available next time I visit in Van. cheers!

Had a great stay over a long weekend here! Really felt comfortable with 4 of us staying here!

Everything was exactly as pictured. Had a good stay and the staff was very friendly. Short push to sit in a meeting for timeshares but they were fine with me saying no thanks. Overall good stay.

Lesley & Adam’s place was delightful. The location is ideal, there’s lots to do, and the space itself is gorgeous. We were especially appreciative of how flexible and accommodating Lesley and Adam were with check-in and check-out after some unexpected updates to our travel plans.

the condo is very clean, well kept, great details and in a very good location. what I did not like was the noise level. although its the 28th floor but the street and metro noise is surprisingly high for such a high floor. I would still go back again to this place as the overall stay was good. also the 3rd br is good for 1 person that is very easy going as it has no windows, no ventilation and no space to walk around. again everything was exactly like the photos so no surprises other than the noise level.

We always try to stay here when we come into town. It is perfect for us
