Beautiful apartment located near the medieval city on foot and also 10 minutes' drive from the Guérande golf course. A sunny terrace. The apartment is very bright, nice and functional.

Very bright and spacious apartment with beautiful chic bohemian decor that makes you feel very good there. The residence is located in a beautiful wooded setting, you can enjoy the view of the park in all the rooms without forgetting the beach which is 2 steps away in a very attractive area. We have plenty of storage and very comfortable bedding. Small downside a random internet as well as the absence of an elevator. Laetitia is a charming host, easily reachable and we appreciated her flexibility for check-in and check-out which contributed to a very pleasant stay ☺

Apartment a short walk to the beach. The pool table was greatly appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen and accommodation compliant with photos. Be careful with the wooden floor that squeaks, it can bother some who are light sleepers. I totally recommend it.

2nd stay at Mickael's for the holiday season. Very satisfied with the stay with the little more nice work in the bathroom and a beautiful coffee maker. Great host, I recommend.

In Sainte Marie sur Mer, accommodation adjoining the owners' house, nice, very clean and functional with small terrace overlooking the garden. 15 minutes walk to the coast and the village of Ste Marie sur Mer.

We had a great time in this authentic and friendly house. It is full of character and allows sharing and communion to gather and exchange with family; the rooms are vast, warm and the garden allows you to recharge. We can enjoy it in peace , it is spacious and not overlooked. Claire and Kevin really very nice are available as needed . We had an extremely warm weekend,the house lends itself to it and we would all like to go back! We can only thank them!

Dominique is a perfect host. Very responsive of course, but also very pleasant and concerned for the well-being of the people staying. The accommodation is ideally located for cruising in the region (Quimiac, Le Croisic, Guérande, La Baule...). The distribution of the rooms is well thought out and the terraces with each a different orientation allow you to enjoy the rays of the sun at any time of day. For sure, for our next stay, we will come back to Dominique's place

Very nice house in a very good location. We had a lovely stay with the family. Good communication with Jocelyne, we enjoyed finding a small tray with some sweets on our arrival.

We had such a happy stay with the family that we didn't see the time go by. Everything was perfect with Sophie who was always super responsive and so accommodating! The house has all the useful and necessary equipment for a stay of a week or more. Thanks again to Sophie and her family.

We appreciated the quality of the exchanges with Pascale to prepare for our arrival, her availability and responsiveness. Everything delighted us, the place, the location, the calm, the character of the house and its garden, the layout, the layout, the decor, the materials and colors, the space, the light, the cleanliness… and the touches like a bouquet of fresh flowers as decoration and a bottle of wine in the fridge, nothing is missing, everything is there. We just spent 3 nights in a modern,well-equipped and very clean mobile man. Very nice and well-maintained swimming pool as well as the campsite.Celine was welcoming and advised us on visits. A pleasant break,we found calm .

Excellent stay at Nathalie's place. Very nice, quiet, clean, good bedding. An exceptional setting, the view is magnificent from the apartment, the sea at the door, the beaches, the trails... the very beautiful, well-maintained park of the residence also contributes to rest and well-being. You can do anything on foot, by bike, the shops are nearby. Responsive and friendly host. Recommended.

Exceptional terrace with divine view. Apartment full of charm. Child room without windows but directly open in the master bedroom , which is perfect for little ones. Very quiet. Clean and clear residence. Bathroom with large shower very convenient. Small open kitchen very well equipped. Very easy maintenance. Wendy , the check-in concierge is lovely , very available;

We had a great stay, the apartment is conveniently located near the beach and shops with stunning views of the port of Pouliguen. In addition, we greatly appreciated that this accommodation is also well equipped for our baby and for cooking (which is very rare for a summer rental). We will be back!!
