Patrick's apartment is very pleasant, it is very well located (market every day 2 steps away, beach 7 minutes away), with its private parking space. We were a little afraid of noise as the apartment overlooks the street but that nenni! Rooms overlook parking and floor-to-ceiling windows are well soundproofed. The apartment is quiet. The apartment is modern, spacious, equipped, it feels like home. We appreciate the elevator as well as the balcony. We were able to have 1 high chair and 1 umbrella bed for our child which is very convenient 👍🏻 Patrick is a considerate host (thank you for the bottle of rosé and the delicious cookies) and Constance was always accommodating for our arrival and departure, thank you very much! I would recommend it in a second.

The apartment is basic but very well and functionally equipped. Offers plenty of storage space. Absolute highlight is the location on the Cote Sauvage with great sea view. Communication with Alain was usually very fast. Le Croisic is highly recommended as a vacation spot. We felt very comfortable.

Dominique is a perfect host. Very responsive of course, but also very pleasant and concerned for the well-being of the people staying. The accommodation is ideally located for cruising in the region (Quimiac, Le Croisic, Guérande, La Baule...). The distribution of the rooms is well thought out and the terraces with each a different orientation allow you to enjoy the rays of the sun at any time of day. We just spent 3 nights in a modern,well-equipped and very clean mobile man. Very nice and well-maintained swimming pool as well as the campsite.Celine was welcoming and advised us on visits. A pleasant break,we found calm .

Excellent stay at Nathalie's place. Very nice, quiet, clean, good bedding. An exceptional setting, the view is magnificent from the apartment, the sea at the door, the beaches, the trails... the very beautiful, well-maintained park of the residence also contributes to rest and well-being. You can do anything on foot, by bike, the shops are nearby. Responsive and friendly host. Recommended.

We had a great stay, the apartment is conveniently located near the beach and shops with stunning views of the port of Pouliguen. In addition, we greatly appreciated that this accommodation is also well equipped for our baby and for cooking (which is very rare for a summer rental). We will be back!!
