Monthly Rentals in Porciúncula

Short stay, we spent a night at the accommodation. We were very well received by Beatriz and communicated with her son Eduardo. Both very polite and caring townships. Impeccable house and bed and bath linens, everything was clean and organized.

Super cozy house inside a beautiful private property! It's well worth it!

Great place to spend quiet days and rest, especially for the building to have a quiet time. Still, the other residents are super quiet and polite, not even the noise of the avenue bothered me (with the window closed). The cozy apartment, full kitchen (I didn't have to buy either butter and garlic) and had everything, I didn't miss anything. Super soft mattress and the office desk serves more than you need as it's huge. The gatekeepers are good people and they also made me feel at home. Anyway, I can't wait to go back.

Accommodation in a sensational place, close to everything, extremely clean and with the amenities offered, it was worth the amount paid and when I return to the city I will stay there again!
