We spent 4 days in Enrico's wonderful house. Photos do less than reality. Enrico is a welcoming person, always available to give you advice, he welcomed us with a bottle of good wine and light and very good water. The house is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, functional, bright, very clean and cozy, you will find the essentials and even more than you need to spend a vacation or even a few days in silence and peace, 10 minutes from the center of Arezzo. The house is full of windows that make it a warm nest in nature, you are in contact with it and the sky even when you are inside, is something magical. The kids had a lot of fun on the lawn and played with Enrico's chickens. We found silence, tranquility, and peace. Absolute gem 10 minutes ride from Arezzo! We spent here whole month, working remotely and taking few days off. Anna gave us precise instructions how to find the apartment, it was self-checkin, so everything was very smooth. This apartment was crystal clean when we came, it has everything you need for long-term stay: fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, full size table. There is a small living room combined with kitchen, but it was totally sufficient for having some rest after a long day. Bathroom is very spacious and super clean - there is also a washing machine with detergents, also external clothes dryer. Bedroom has big comfy bed with comfortable sheets - we really felt like home here. Regarding work, the internet was sometimes slower, but we were both able to work concurrently during the day. Overall, it was amazing experience, this apartment is at great spot, 2-mins from highway, 10 mins from Arezzo, 1min walk there is bar/coffee/shop. Thank you very much!

A very good place to rest and enjoy nature and good food. The service is of a very good level agritourism, without greater pretensions than a noble, spacious, very comfortable building. The great area surrounded by nature and well located 10 minutes to the town of Arezzo. Ideal the restaurant that Chef Sara runs. Very good food, all homemade, zero kilometer, quality products. This trip was a gift for our daughter's 18th birthday so she got to choose this airbnb and WOW. She could not have picked a better spot. It was perfect! The place was like something out of a fairytale- beautiful inside and out. A lot of thought went in to all the little touches to make this little "farmhouse" magical. Each morning, Sandra delivers a basket of breakfast items, including pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and I can't forget the fresh squeezed juice! This gesture is much appreciated when you are road weary. We mentioned to Alessandro that my daughter missed her cats back home, so he brought us over a couple kitties to visit with for a bit. This made her day. We really can't imagine our trip to italy without this place. It's comfortable, clean, and you feel welcome and cared for. If you are on the fence about booking it, just do it- you won't regret your decision! We hope to be back someday.
