Monthly Rentals in Ponce

10 stars if possible. You can't ask for better hosts than Joan and Javier. Arrived in Ponce in the middle of the night and Javier was waiting with a friendly smile. Joan was very responsive, checking in to be sure everything was good. The unit is exactly as described. Clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, great A/C and a big screen smart TV. Location walkable to major supermarket and huge mall with lots of dining options, movies, Macy's and JC Penney. I can't recommend Joan's place enough and will definitely seek availability on my next trip to beautiful Ponce. Thank you Joan and Javier for ensuring a wonderful stay.

Her home was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the mall, “la Guancha “ pier and not far from the highway entrance. Great place. Annie the host was great always answering any questions I had. I will definitely be back.

Vangie's place is one of the best places we have ever rented! So nicely updated and she has thought of everything you would need. The outside sitting area is lovely and it was so nice to have parking behind the gate next to the entry door. Highly recommend!

Roberto is a great host, very responsive. The house was clean and had many amenities including spices and tons of kitchen equipment to cook with. All rooms have air conditioning and beds were comfy! You will feel like you are home as soon as you arrive!
