We had an amazing experience at flat Winterville 218! From the beginning, Érica was extremely attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. The property was impeccably clean and organized, perfect for our needs. The pool area was fantastic, with several pools, including heated ones, and even a restaurant with very affordable prices and tasty food. The place has a lovely lake and extensive grassy areas, where our pet had a lot of fun. In addition, Érica was very kind in allowing us a late check-out, which made all the difference in our stay. We will definitely be back!

From the start of the reservation, Milenna supported us with tips to make the most of São João in the city and in Caruaru. The house was very well arranged and we had the great cleaning and food service provided by Liliane. Great experience!

Marta's flat is SENSATIONAL, it is beyond the descriptions, and exceeds expectations. I dare say it's the best accommodation in Winterville, we felt at home. Marta is a host like few others, we'll be back soon.

The very cozy flat, surprised us. I thought it was smaller, but the flat space is wonderful. Complete Flat. We don't miss anything. We found everything clean. The host a lovely person, very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure!!

The condominium is wonderful, great pools my kids love, it's the third time I've stayed here!

I spent a day's stay at Winterville, Gravatá, and it was great! The hostess Daiana was super attentive. The place is great, with lots of green area, total quiet and a very cozy flat. Ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy nature. I highly recommend!

Great spot, just as advertised. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and we receive everything extremely clean and organized. The condominium space is very nice and safe, however, the heating of the pool was not working. I will only make a few observations for those who want to stay with children and animals: the shape of the staircase requires a lot of attention because it is a descent and has some gaps that may be dangerous for the little ones.

Wonderful! Leonardo is a great host, I hope to stay with him more often.

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!

The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.

great place. everything is very close. the very good location. and the whole condominium is wheelchair accessible. only one thing. in the photos there is a little children's house that is no longer on the site. All leisure is just in the pools .
