It's nice to be welcomed by a kind person and not by a cold combination. So it was with Alberto, always ready and available. The house, cozy and warm, overlooks the beautiful Tuscan countryside and the view reaches the sea, seeing Capraia and Corsica on clear days. The surroundings of Montescudaio in Val di Cecina are attractive. Casale Marittimo, Bolgheri up to Volterra. Days full of nature, history and excellent cured meats!

Marcella welcomed us on her property in the middle of the countryside in the forest, very secluded, friendly, even if she only speaks broken English, the communication worked well. She showed us around and also gave tips for cities and restaurants. The property is very large, there is a main house at the very end of the path with 3 apartments (ground hostess, upper floor for 2 people and another apartment for about 4-5 people) another extra apartment is located directly after the entrance gate. In the middle of the apartments there is a jacuzzi, which is shared by everyone. Our apartment for two people had a nice entrance area, a room in which there is a kitchen and bedroom, separated by a small wall and an extra bathroom, as shown in the pictures of the landlady. The kitchen had all the amenities except for dishwashing utensils, which we brought with us ourselves. The apartment was so clean, small, but OK for 2 people.
