Villa vacation rentals in Pollença

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Thank you to Veronica who was the perfect host!

We felt very comfortable in the spacious villa directly! The view from the large terrace is just beautiful!!! There are also 6 loungers that were not visible in the photos. You can go swimming directly in front of the house, as there are stairs on the rocky beach. We would come back!

Totally recommend the house 100% - it’s got everything you could need. We went out of season and it was incredibly peaceful, despite being so close to everything. It’s a very short walk to the lovely beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was a hit with everyone, as was the pool table. It’s a very flexible space too, loads of comfortable options if you’re hanging out, from the lounge to poolside to balconies to the large, shaded outdoor dining table next to the outdoor kitchen/grill. The main kitchen is really well equipped, and the massive fridge / freezer is perfect for bigger groups like ours. However, what really elevated the holiday experience was Kimberley from FiveStar. She could not have been more helpful. Communication was brilliant from the off, and when we ran into a few issues (completely of our own making), she got things sorted as quickly and easily as you could hope. She also helped us with an early check in as the house was ready, something we really appreciated.

The villa is simply fantastic: super clean, well and tastefully equipped, with a wonderful garden, and very private. The communication with Ada was extremely easy!

A very quiet place, great to stay if you rented a car. Away from the crowds and close to the beautiful view with flamingo! Easy drive to supermarket, Alcudia, ports, beach, everywhere.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications from Nord Villas.

A wonderful stay with family and friends. The house is even better than the photos! Lots of different indoor and outdoor spaces to socialise and relax. The house has been beautifully restored and the owners have added touches which makes it feel very homely and special. The kitchen is really well stocked and the owners were happy to provide items for our young children . Would highly recommend!! Thank you

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The villa is even more beautiful than in the pictures – elegant, comfortable, and surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Serra de Tramuntana. Waking up every morning to those spectacular mountain views (and the sound of peacocks from afar!) was truly unforgettable. The house itself was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely terrace and pool where we spent most evenings. The location is peaceful yet close enough to Selva, a charming village full of character. It felt like the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and nature. Pedro was very accommodating and helpful. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and quiet. The rooms as well as the bathrooms were very clean and nothing was missing. The kitchen has everything you need. The best part of the whole house was the pool where you can really stay the whole day. We had a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful house – bright, spacious and with a lovely tranquility. The unbeatable views of the surrounding mountains really added an extra dimension to the whole experience. The children enjoyed both inside the house and outside in the garden, and we adults really appreciated the generous areas and the nice atmosphere. We were well received by Petra and her family, who were incredibly warm and welcoming – it set the tone for our entire stay. The kitchen was well appointed and made it easy to cook good dinners at home. One tip is to have a car during the stay, so you can easily explore the beautiful area around. We left with many fond memories and look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa, wonderful pool which is great for young children. Lots of places to congregate as a group inside and outside, including an outside wood-fired oven. Easy 20 minutes walk into Alcudia which has good restaurants and beach with a shallow sea for paddling and swimming. Virginia is very responsive when needed and very friendly and helpful.

Blanca is a very friendly host and very responsive to different concerns during our stay (The lock on the front door is quite difficult and the doorbell broke, the little tiles in the pool fall one by one) If I can make a comment about the master bedroom which is beautiful, I would have liked a more neat bed linen and the showerheads in the bathroom is more speed. I regret the lack of privacy in all the bathrooms and toilets in the house as none of them lock. For the rest nothing to say, the house is very well equipped, clean and a special mention for the responsiveness of blanca

This villa is truly a dream!! Stayed here with 3 other girls which of course was MORE than enough space. Pros: Stunning property with gorgeous views. Hilda is the sweetest soul that gave us a tour on arrival! Both Hilda & Konrad were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable (all of us reported having some of most restful nights here!). Super quiet and relaxing. The town of Fornalutx is darling and all the people are truly so kind and welcoming! Areas for improvement: We had some hiccups with not having hot water in the evenings. Apparently the water heater is on a timer so would recommend showering in the AM. Arriving to the property is a bit of a hike with luggage. Quite a few steps on incline and decline. Though we thought it was worth it, just something to keep in mind for those traveling with elderly/children. Overall, would definitely stay here again!! Loved every minute of it.

An absolutely amazing place! We traveled with friends and kids, and everyone loved it. There were plenty of areas for the kids to run around, a fantastic pool, and an incredibly large and beautiful house in a totally private location Sebastian and Miguel were exceptionally responsive, taking care of everything we needed. Sebastian, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our flight was delayed multiple times, and Sebastian even suggested getting some groceries and pizzas for us since we would be arriving after the markets had closed. It was such a wonderful experience, and I'm sure we'll return again and again! If you're planning to visit Palma de Mallorca, I highly recommend staying at this villa! Thank you, Miguel and Sebastian - you are truly amazing people!

Amazing house in a really lovely location, I would say the photos don’t do this house justice. The interiors are charming, it was super clean and the outside areas are perfect. You can hear cockerels crowing and not much else. The pool is great for children with a shallow end, the outside seating area is lovely with a dining table and sofas which we used a lot. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you could need. The location is off the main road but quiet. We walked most mornings to the closest supermarket which was about 10 mins and had everything we needed, lovely fresh bread, fruit and pastries. In the evening we walked into Port de Pollenca which is about 25 mins to the seafront and then you can walk along the beach walk so approximately 35 minutes to the main square and front where all the restaurants are. Buggy’s are a must with young children! Domingo was an amazing host, nothing was a problem. He was very helpful and polite. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Superb villa that matches the photos. The location is ideal for getting around by bike or car. The setting is quiet and peaceful, not overlooked, while allowing you to have all amenities nearby. We had a pleasant stay with family. I highly recommend it :)

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

the cottage was even more beautiful on arrival than in the pictures, what a place! beautiful garden/orchard, fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruits. Children could not get out of the pool, we were here from April 21, 2025, 9 days. Due to the wonderful weather a lot outside. Large spacious kitchen, and mega living and dining area. Our daughter mentioned the house inside a museum, many old paintings and furniture. The sofa was lovely and a mega TV. Lots of geckos around the cottage. Birds of prey flying over. Pool was checked 2 x in our week, in the yard there is a gardener working, here you won't notice anything from friendly man!

Beautiful, homely, clean, spacious, peaceful and private. We were a family of 6 with toddlers, it was perfect. Very spacious, beautiful views, fully equipped including separate towels for the pool loungers and even shopping bag on wheels provided to walk to the supermarket. The hosts met all our needs for the toddlers...cots, high chairs, potty and cups. Big comfy beds. 12 minutes walk to large supermarket, then another 5 minutes walk into the heart of Puerto Pollensa. We did not need a car. The hosts made our holiday worry free and very helpful, they think of everything. Wonderful property and location.

What a great villa and host! The location could not be better: front row at the beach with stunning views and also quiet. The centre of Port de Pollenca is within walking distance. The house is stylish and offers everything you need. Would love to come back!
