Vacation rentals with beach access in Podgorica

Really enjoyed staying at the apartment. The view is stunning, but you'll have to be prepared to steep path from the beach, though green and very beautiful. The apartment is really cosy, it's nice that there is canopy on the terrace, so there is a shade in the afternoon. Everything lived up to our expectations.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Petrovac nel mese di agosto 2023. Appartamento dotato di tutto, con un'area esterna piacevole grazie alla tantissima ombra. Il monolocale è a metà strada tra la bellissima spiaggia di Luchica e il lungomare cittadino (da preferire la prima, il lungomare è molto affollato). Vicino a tutti i servizi. Petrovac è un piccolo centro, si raggiunge tutto a piedi con molta facilità. Ana è stata gentilissima con la nostra piccola e disponibile a risolvere il nostro più piccolo problema. Ottima esperienza!

Tople preporuke za Gordanin apartman. Veoma uredno i čisto, lepo opremljen. Osećate se kao kod svoje kuće, a apartman poseduje sve od aparata, kućne hemije, kuhinjske opreme. Smeštaj poseduje parking i na 10 minuta hoda je od glavne Petrovačke plaže. Gordana je super domaćin, veoma prijatna i brzo odgovara na poruke. Dala nam je super savete za restorane i plaže koje da posetimo. Sve preporuke!

Mila and Djordje have a beautiful house in Buljarica. The house is divided into 2 parts, the lower part is for guests. There is a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning, under the shadow of an olive tree. The place is clean and decorated with love. They are very friendly and welcoming. Great place to stay!

I stayedfor a month in this house and everything was good. It's near to the Petrovac center city, beach and supermarket. The bus station is near and, if you aren't with a car, you can easily go to Budva by bus with €3,50. The response are always quickly and she was always asking if we were needing something. I recommend and thank you so much!

Absolutely perfect! We had a 10 day stay in this beautiful apartment and it felt like home. The apartment was spotless clean, very comfortable, equipped with all we needed and more. WiFi connection was really fast and very stable. The location is just right, close to everything, yet quiet and secluded. The hosts were welcoming, very professional, taking care of everything you may need during your stay. We will certainly come back.

We had a wonderful time at Igor’s home by the lake. If you enjoy true tranquility, and breathtaking views in a relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by authentic charm and the sounds of nature, this is the place for you. But if you prefer aseptic hotel rooms or characterless Airbnbs, this might not be your vibe.

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

We were honestly blown away - quiet literally! Nikola was friendly and professional, right from picking us up on the boat to dropping us back off. He made sure we felt at home, helped when we were stuck for groceries due to flight delays, and even threw in some house extras! The house was well equipped, with free kayaks to use, local restaurant, and the views were simply breathtaking. The only sounds were of birds chirping and boats gurgling. We had a couple of windy days, but that only made the experience more exciting. We had our breakfast on the patio, watched the sunset and stars appear, dipped in the river, bird watched, and went kayaking up to the monastery. Overall, a beautiful house in a breathtaking place of natural beauty, with a superb host... We recommend boating over to the restaurant in the summer. Many times we even watched the friendly restaurant owner pull out fish from the river - It was delicious.

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

La Maison se trouve dans un cadre idyllique, en pleine nature. la maison est moderne, le lieux est paisible. Jovana est très réactif pour répondre aux questions et pour intervenir si besoin. nous sommes très heureux du séjour passé ici. Merci ++

L'appartement de Branislav est très sympathique, avec un vu sur la mer très agréable. la plage est à quelques minutes à pied et c'est une très belle plage dans un endroit atypique lié à l'histoire du Monténégro. l'appartement est très propre, l'arrivée autonome c'est parfaitement déroulé avec des instructions très claire. Pierwszy raz w życiu mogłem spędzić cały tydzień na plaży. Rano pić kawę słuchając szumu fal. Wieczorem relaksować się tak samo. Miejsce jest idealne dla 2 rodzin. W każdym pokoju duże łóżko + spora dostawka. Byliśmy w 4 dorosłych i 3 dzieci 3,5,6yr. Na pewno wrócimy w przyszłym roku. Sam dom bardzo wygodny, taras olbrzymi. Killi zorganizował nam jedzenie w dniu przyjazdu z dostawą do domu z lokalnej pizzeri. Następnego dnia zorganizował wycieczkę statkiem. Odpisywał błyskawicznie, ze wszystkim pomagał. Warto przyjechać do niego żeby samemu przeżyć tak przyjemne wakacje. W miasteczku duży nowoczesny sklep z super cenami i asortymentem. Blisko do Petrovac. Jovan, dziękuję!

Мы провели здесь прекрасную неделю. Всё очень удобно, чисто, продуманы все бытовые мелочи. Ирина встретила нас, всё рассказала про жильё и окрестности. Всегда была на связи, если были вопросы. Очень приятно, что есть удобная и безопасная парковка. И конечно прекрасный сад с фиговым деревом, где можно сидеть в шезлонгах по вечерам. Всё очень душевно, видно, что хозяева любят своё дело. Будем рекомендовать друзьям и надеюсь, приедем ещё. Спасибо Ирине за отличный отдых)))

Our favourite place in Montenegro! The village is located by some breathtaking nature. Ivana offered us a discounted and private boat trip with her father for the next day which was absolutely amazing! What was supposed to be a 1.5 hour boat trip turned into a 2.5 boat trip! Ivana was also very flexible with our checkout time and we could leave our food in the fridge till after we got back from our trip. Great host! The only downside of the apartment was the residual smoke smell that was quite prominent in the towels and bed sheets.

Très satisfait de notre séjour avec un grand plus pour la piscine par ces fortes chaleurs et les plages surpeuplées. Un accueil très professionnel et réactif. Nous recommandons.

Sessiz sakin huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Evde bir evde olması gereken herşeyden fazlası mevcut. Hiç bir şeyin eksikliğini hissetmedik. Hatta fazlası bile vardı. Yok artık bu da mı var dediğimiz çok şey oldu. İhtiyacınız olabilecek bir şeyin hemen elinizin altında olması kesinlikle harika. Aracımız için park sorunu yaşamadık. Balkonda deniz manzarası diğer balkonda dağ ve zeytin ağaçları ayrı bir güzellik . Merkeze yürüyerek 10 dakika.Yürüyüş için oldukça güzel yerler var. Dönüşünüzde biraz yokuş çıkmanız gerektiğini de belirtmekte fayda var. Merkezde sezon sonu olduğu için açık market sayısı az ama yeterli ( 2 büyük market açık ) Sahilde açık bir kaç tane restaurant var. Yıl başı yakın olduğu için daha fazla mekan açmak için hazırlık yapıyordu.Budva ve Bar'a aynı uzaklıkta sayılır. Aracınızla 15-20 dakika sürüyor. Biz oldukça keyif aldık.
