I was amazed by the apartment and its facilities, there were many options inside the building and outside as well, the location was great for me, as I went to the Cacondance Festival. Flexible hours, as I arrived late at the apartment. Easy access, I even received a coffee package, it had sugar, salt and all the necessary structure. I needed a few more hours and was attended to quickly. I loved Fátima, always available, very friendly. The apartment is brand new and well-planned. The facilities, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, gourmet area, sauna, pool table, had so much. I just have to thank you.

Very well located space, close to good restaurants and easy access to the various tourist spots of Poços de Caldas. Fernanda is very helpful. The tour was well worth the tour.

We really like hosting! The house is spacious and comfortable, great for spending the weekend with the family. The differential is the indoor pool, which allows us to enjoy the space even on rainy days. Fernanda left us very much at will and has always been helpful. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent accommodation with ample space. Movie theater with very comfortable reclining seats. Equipped kitchen. It has 3 large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom, with impeccable linens. It has 4 bathrooms. The gas heating makes the shower water very warm. The taps have both hot and cold water. The dining room has a large table with 8 seats. It has a beautiful fireplace and barbecue area. Elisabeth's personalized service was very good. We were 6 adults and 1 child and we were comfortably settled in. I recommend it and will return with my family more often.

My family and I are very happy with the choice of this house. The host Mariely is very attentive and kind. She worked hard to meet all our demands and even got a crib for our baby (we were extremely grateful for that). The house is super complete, spacious and comfortable. I've never been to such a complete, clean, organized and well-located Airbnb. The flat is brand new, it has everything you need (equipment, cleaning, and even some coffee supplies). The hostess, I have no words to describe, very attentive, polite, a sweetheart, super helpful, she even left a treat for my family in the flat! The apartment is very well located. After we parked the car, we only took it out to leave, because we did everything on foot. I can only thank Lígia for offering a place in perfect condition, and for being so attentive to us. It's already our only choice in the city of Poços.
