This was our 2nd time staying here. We visit Spring Texas several times a year and will look for THIS Airbnb availability before any others! The location is perfect for where we visit family. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very very nice place. And The host is AWESOME!

We had a great time at Juan’s place!! Everything was extremely clean and tidy; Juan was very helpful and was always there if we needed anything. We wanted some sponges for the dishes, and Juan immediately came by and dropped some off for us. We didn’t even have to take the sheets off the bed before we left as he’d take care of everything. We loved watching the wildlife out back, and I even saw a species of bird I’ve never seen before! Thanks for a great stay!!

This home is beautiful and exactly as pictured, perhaps better! It is modern and wonderfully appointed, spotless in every room, spacious yet cozy and comfortable. The hosts are responsive, flexible, and allowed for early check-in with prior request. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this fabulous and conveniently located home and especially grateful that it’s part of amazing memories made in Houston for my daughter and niece’s 21st birthdays.
