Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ploëzal

Having undergone recent renovations the house is pretty much all brand new and difficult to fault. Very well equipped, comfy beds, nice linen etc. The garden is not maintained though so not really of use. Personally, I find the management company’s threats of more fees for not adhering to all their rules rather disrespectful. Also, don’t believe the guest should have to drive the rubbish to a local drop off point. This was annoying.

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

Very well located accommodation, a few steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the village and a few shops. The place is extremely quiet, with a lovely view of the fields. We had a small concierge problem with a bed that had not been made, but Nadine was immediately responsive so that we could solve the problem. A lovely stay.

Very good stay. Small house with a courtyard to park the car and play outside. Clean and functional accommodation. Very good communication with Emmanuel. 7-minute walk to Parc des Expos. The bed is nickel, heating and bathroom perfect, blind and velux allow you to put the bottom and top in complete darkness. Not noisy despite the nearby road. We'll be back with pleasure for the next competition. Thank you.

We had a great short stay at Remi's! The apartment is simple but in an impeccable and clean condition. The apartment (kitchen, bathroom) is also well-equipped and has everything you need. Particularly noteworthy is the great location with the breathtaking view of the bay. Despite the language barrier, communication with Remi was very cordial.

The accommodation is great, functional and well-equipped. Ideal with our baby, Morgane provided the baby bed. The terrace is really nice with the small sea view. The accommodation is in a very good location in the center of Pleneuf and in a secure building. We'll go back without a second thought, thank you. ☺️

The apartment seemed much larger in reality than in the description, which is always a pleasant surprise. Excellent hosting and beautiful area, everything is minutes away: beaches, city center, a supermarket just across the street! In short, I recommend it 1000 times and we will come back because we have friends in the area.

Apartment fully suitable for two to four people. If there are two of you on the sofa bed, it squeaks a little if you move a lot. The bedding is quality. Very well located accommodation with parking space. It's very easy to get to the beach, the port, the center of Erquy or the market square on foot. We occupied the apartment during a very lively long weekend in Erquy. However, the environment was very quiet in the building and in the garden (very pleasant place). Nice sea view from two windows of the apartment. Kitchen is more than well equipped! It has everything you need. And the small touches (coffee, water, etc.) are numerous. We benefited from a flexible checkout time which was accommodating.

A very nice and functional apartment in a secure private residence. We didn't get tired of this beautiful view of the English Channel and the rock islets. Marion, the owner is very responsive even during her working days. No problem, only solutions. Too many places to visit in this beautiful area, you'll have to come back.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. The bed was very comfortable, the terraces very nice, modern and well-equipped apartment. The basement for the car is also a nice plus. Within walking distance to downtown and the beach. The highlight for us was that he accepted dogs, so we were able to spend our vacation with our Australian shepherd. A big thank you.
