Very cozy apartment in a perfect location in the heart of the walled city. On the first floor, its direct view of Place des Lices makes it very bright and pleasant. The port of Vannes is a two-minute walk away and all shops and restaurants are nearby. The Délice Cafe bar and brewery at the foot of the apartment closes at 9pm, making the evenings quiet. The Gulf of Morbihan and all its coastal trails as well as the ocean a few kilometers away will allow you to discover our beautiful region

You will be 25 minutes from Carnac ⁸ Or you can simply stay in the garden to rest 200 meters away, an organic market garden "l'oasis" with cheese, beers, etc.

The apartment is on the 2nd and top floor. The building does not have an elevator.

For rent, small quiet house between Plescop and Grand-Champ on a 1 hectare lot also including an 18th century mill. The Gulf of Morbihan is about 12 km away.
