Sergio is a responsive host, where communication goes very well. The accommodation is ideally located in the heart of Madrid (Latina district), the best for going out in the evening, close to all shops, do everything on foot and a few meters from a Metro Station. We were 4 adults 4 children, only small negative point the sofa bed in the living room does not allow 2 beds. But Sergio provided an inflatable matela 1 person. Yes, a little noisy at night on weekends but like any apartment in the center so you have to adapt to the Madrilenian nightlife. Which was no problem for us. We keep this address in our favorites for a possible future trip to Madrid 👍🏼🇪🇸 Thanks again Sergio 🙏🏼

Nice location. Within a walking distance to Barnabeu and its surrounding. Metro stations near by. Appartment is descent and description is accurate. It was perfectly as expected no surprises. We recommend.

We loved the apartment. The location is ideal, very close to the station, so getting around the city was very easy. Azucena was super attentive, she gave us all the directions to get there and was available for anything we needed. The apartment is small, but has everything you need: equipped kitchen, toiletries, breakfast items and, in addition, it was very clean. He was also kind enough to leave us cards and a subway map, which was great for us. In addition, he allowed us to stay a little longer on the last day because our trip was later. Totally recommended, we would definitely go back!

Nice place with a cool rooftop space. Bear restaurants and the metro stations. Heaps of restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet place on top floor.

Sandra always responds quickly to questions and Maria helps with whatever is needed. The apartment is as described. The subway is 10 min. There is a Carrefour 5 minutes away for shopping and the "Boulangerie" that makes very good bread.
