excellent séjour à Cancun, le logement est idéalement situé, non loin vous trouverez un centre commercial, des restaurants, un parc avec pleins de petit stand , animations et restaurants. le logement est grand, propre , la piscine est vraiment un plus très agréable. nous avons séjourné à deux dans ce logement, nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison. il t'a un lave linge à disposition, beaucoup de serviettes, shampooing, après shampooing, gel douche... tout pour faire de se logement, le logement idéal. l'hôte est très réactif. si je reviens sur Cancun je reviendrai dans ce logement qui avait été notre coup de coeur du départ et l'es encore plus aujourd'hui. le logement est vraiment mieux en vrai qu'en photo. n'hésitez pas si vous recherchez un petit coin tranquille sur Cancun avec piscine et toutes les commodités à proximité.

Loved our stay! From the in home chef service that's an option, to the hard working and friendly housekeeper, to the responsive communication and excellent recommendations for boats and restaurants, we had a seamlessly wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay at Cedric and Nayeliy’s place! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a beautiful, peaceful area. Everything was clean and well-prepared for our arrival. Communication with our hosts was excellent, they were always quick to respond and flexible, which made everything even easier and more enjoyable. We felt right at home and truly appreciated the little details that made the stay so pleasant. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

La casa de Letty es sentirse como en casa. Ella es muy atenta y amable, no tuvimos problema alguno. La verdad es que superó nuestras expectativas, recomendamos 100% el lugar.

it's a great choice if you get a car or just do not plan on to hotel zone. the location is good, not far from everything. shops and restaurants are in walkable distance. the house itself is neat. very nice terrace with the pool. the neighborhood is quiet that's if you are fornd of good night sleep after all the activities. I would really recommend. the hosts are great. very responsive friendly and always respond quickly. great stay. I will go back again

La casa se encuentra en un conjunto residencial cerrado y seguro, estaba limpia y es un lugar muy acogedor. Luis fue muy expeditivo en todas las dudas y necesidades que planteamos. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Great mid island location in a neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and local restaurants also had no problem delivering food. Spacious with a living, dining, kitchen and primary bedroom. Decor was fabulous with art and seashells. Large bathroom with good lighting and the a/c worked great. Fans in all rooms to help keep it cool.

Cheaper and better than a hotel as even on vacation I prefer to live privately like at home. Very nice house and all amenities are in order, great contact with the host. Short walking distance to a public beach entrance. Going to the beach on foot, you have to cross a road that gets extremely busy in the rush hour and the pedestrian crossing traffic lights are out of order. However we found a pass underneath the road: as you exit the condominium territory, shortly after security checkpoint, there is an empty land lot on the right. Turn right and follow a footpath. We’d love to return to this place.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Casa Benjamin! Tucked behind a yellow door was the cutest courtyard! Up the stairs to easy entry into a beautiful apartment. The AC was certainly refreshing after a day at the beach. Everything is walkable - we highly recommend you try Al Natural a short walk away for delicious food! We ended up taking taxis because in injured my knee but everyone knew how to find us. Super Aki right across the community center. The place was exceptionally clean. My husband loved the hammock off the top floor balcony and the rain showerhead in the master bedroom was my favorite. The place could sleep up to 6 so it was very spacious for the two of us. Two bathrooms a plus! We would definitely come back here! 100/10!

This location is interesting. Beautiful ocean views and lovely pool. A few things need to be refreshed. The outdoor propane table had no gas and there was a mess at the grill. The house is wonderful except if they can fix the penthouse neighbor door close noise. It sounds like a slam every time they came out or went in and there’s no privacy to the kitchen and living room while they come in and out. But the 3 BR and baths are lovely. The house is really well stocked and Everything Isla has a gem of a person named Kate who is lovely and helped answer several questions I directed to her despite it not being her role. Please note the local neighbors are super nice and the surrounding location is great (exception to note there is no beach) and food options are wonderful, from high end to street tacos a few blocks away. It’s a little pricey but it’s also really nice so it’s a real review for folks who wanna know.

Our group had an amazing time at Daniel’s place. The beach is beautiful and the rooms each come with their own AC system so everybody sleeps comfortably. We spent a week here and it was great, the location is very close to a go mart. The bus stop to the main hotel zone or downtown is less than a 5 min walk. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again!

El alojamiento está de acuerdo con el costo. No es lujoso ni está en la mejor área de Cancún, pero es cómodo y si eres algo aventurero, puedes moverte por todos lados a un bajo costo. Virginia fue muy amable y nos dió algunas recomendaciones prácticas.

My friends and I cannot say enough great things about Casa Bella Noche, from checkin, to throughout our stay Chris was a fantastic host. Anything we needed Chris was attentive and quick to give recommendations, and even order a taxi for us on our departure. The house itself was bigger than expected, it looked exactly like the photos and was the perfect size for the 7 of us. We loved the outdoor kitchen and living space, and the pool. We also loved being in the middle of the island, we didn’t struggle with bugs, the shopping centre was walkable, and there were tons of local spots to eat very close to the house. We would easily recommend this place to anyone considering staying on the island! Thanks again Chris for everything :)

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

Isaac’s place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and provided us with great recommendations to make the most of our trip. The house itself was really nice and great for a big group. It had everything we needed for a great stay with friends. The location was ideal, and the atmosphere was just right for relaxing and enjoying our time together. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. The good: listing matched photos. Very roomy, with lovely outdoor space. Beautiful private pool with outside seating. Lots of places to gather in walled courtyards. The better: every bedroom is en suite. Beds are big and comfy. Nice modern kitchen with full size refrigerator, washer and dryer set. The best: fully guard gated! Very very safe feeling, with friendly gate attendants. Luis! Luis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about this host! He met us at the house, walked through the whole place with us, made sure we understood how everything worked and where it was. Responded right away to ANY and ALL messages! I had a emergency medical situation come up, and Luis came over right away and contacted all the medical personnel I needed, and started with us until I left for assistance in town. Called for updates, and was a wonderful host. Have local recommendations for activities, and provided us with everything we asked for, and then some.

Casa Del Vaquero is on the southern end of the island, across from Garrafón park. Punta Sur is an easy 8 minute walk one way and The Joint, a small market and breakfast restaurant are a short walk the opposite way. The home is exactly as described with one bedroom with a king bed on the main floor and four bedrooms (two with king beds & two with queen beds) on the second floor. Each king bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the queen bedrooms share a bathroom. The views from the roof are spectacular! The kitchen was very well-stocked for cooking at the house with plenty of room in the fridge for food bought at the local market. There was plenty of filtered water to drink and make ice cubes from. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing by the pool. Thanks for letting us stay!
