Great place, awesome host.

Alexis’ place is fantastic. Him and Melinda clearly put time and thought into their units and hit all the important parts for a stellar Airbnb: 1. Comfortable beds 2. Hot showers that don’t run out 3. Provides coffee Keep in mind that this is on an island off of an island so there are limited resources, this is not a five star resort but a comfortable place to rest and relax after snorkeling some of the best beaches in the world. The value for this unit is fantastic for what they provide (snorkel gear, etc) and they are some of the nicest and most welcoming Airbnb hosts I have had the pleasure of meeting. Important to note, there are chickens all over the island. Alexis and Melinda do provide ear plugs but if this is a deal breaker for you honestly nowhere in Culebra is safe from their 5am wake up call. Myself and my daughter had a great time and are already planning our next visit.

Miguel is a very responsive and helpful host. He did one day extension of the check out for us, due to issues with the ferry. Thank you, Miguel!

We enjoyed our stay at Fede’s place. We really liked the location, being a little away from town, made for a nice night sky and fairly quiet. The view from the deck was thoroughly enjoyed, despite having a rather rainy stay. The house felt larger than the photos, there was just 2 of us, so we felt very cozy. Make sure you pack mosquito spray, it’s a tropical place. And ear plugs and an eye mask if you are a light sleeper.. the birds and roosters wake up early and there is a fair amount of ambient light from a street light out front as well as from the AC units.
