Miguel was very understanding and fast with communication. He even recommended places for us to eat at. There was a problem in the house and he quickly resolved that we no issue.We would definitely stay here again! It felt like we were in a safe community and welcomed!

My family and I have stayed at many airbnb's. But this one has by far met our expectations. Christie was accommodating, quick responses, and went out of her way to make sure that we we lacked for nothing. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had no pests, no mosquitos, or bugs in the house. Being we were in Puerto Rico It was sort of expected. But to our surprise, there were none. The grounds are very well kept, and they capture the island vibe both inside the home and out. I would also like to say that Christe developed a PDF file that contained everything you needed to know about Airbnb, about the pool, as well as checking in and checking out. Driving direction, links and suggestions for loads of stuff in the area. It was so informative, and it was only a click away on my phone. Thank you, Christie. We had a safe, wonderful time, and we would love to go back next year. Thank you again! Amazing fun and great memories were made!

The house is small but cozy and modern. Has all the details to be comfortable. Great play room, has all kind of games. Also, having panel solar was a plus since the electricity went off a couple times. Good location. For us was above 5 stars compared to others houses we visit. I recommended.

Great location overlooking the Puerto del Rey marina. Nice accomodations. I would stay here again. Recommend asking for name of community and about the gates before going, particularly if arriving after dark.

This was our second time staying at Dianne’s and we enjoyed our stay just as much if not even more this time because the area was more familiar and we explored the neighborhood way more this time. The area is extremely walkable, just outside the secured residential area you can walk to the downtown Luquillo area within about 5 min or in the opposite direction to the kiosks in about the same distance. Lots of really cute and delicious restaurants in the area, we went to Simple Food for brunch a couple times and Sama for dinner twice, it was so good! The big grocery store is literally a 2 min drive away. In addition to its great location, Dianne’s home is a peaceful retreat in a really quiet neighborhood with residential access to the beach, like a 2 min walk through the neighborhood straight there. We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and love the personal touch of the artwork in all the rooms

The place felt like home. It was clean and cozy. Angel is a great host, very friendly and responsive. The amenities complemented the stay. The projector in the yard gave us a great movie night. Thanks for letting me stay! I will definitely come back

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Amazing stay in San Juan at the apartment. The location is perfect to walk to many restaurants and beach, etc. Jose was very responsive and helpful with anything needed! Everything at the property was exactly how I thought it would be and I would love to book again in the future.

We had such a pleasant stay at this place during our trip to San Juan! The place was spacious, beautiful, and comfortably accommodated our two small families. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying breakfast on the rooftop—such a great way to start the day. Our hosts, Geraldine and Ted, were incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. They responded quickly to all our questions and took care of any small issues right away. Thanks to this lovely home and their warm hospitality, our time in San Juan was truly special.

Vladimir was very informative and responsive. His directions where accurate and easy to understand. The apartment was just as described. We were very comfortable. The location is great for the San Juan and nearby areas. Also a perfect spot for an early flight out as it’s very close.

Souls place looked just like the pictures, the location was walking distance to everything in that area. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we didn't get to spend time on the rooftop, but it was very nice up there. But just like most of the reviews, there is 4 flights of stairs, we didn't mind. and 1 bath room is tiny, the sink and toliet need to swap positions lol. but overall the place was excellent.

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

Ery’s place was an amazing find! The instructions were very cleared and detailed. Both the unit and the building were clean, the pool was great. The view was breath taking! Plenty of food options and a beach within a short drive. I will definitely book this location again in the future.

We had an amazing time at Liz’s place. The view from the balcony was incredible and she provided a number of amenities, including beach towels, floats, and snorkeling fins. She was responsive and also provided recommendations for local areas and events that were happening during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Harry’s Apartment is very comfortable ,convenience with a nice design. The biggest and the most important was our impression from absolutely phenomenal ( “ millions $$$) view: one side -mountains and other side is ocean front - you can feel the energy of the nature! huge balcony with a very nice furniture, where we all did yoga and stretching! And direct access to the 🏝️ beach . Big extended sleeping sofa was perfect for our teenage son . Well equipped Kitchen + great espresso machine!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Casa del Encanto truly lives up to its name. I visit Puerto Rico every 5 to 7 months, and this was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating stays I’ve had. I originally booked it to assess the location ahead of the upcoming Bad Bunny concert since hotel prices are soaring, but I didn’t want to leave—not even to go to the beach. It was full-on Zen mode for me and my partner. The views, breeze, and privacy were everything. A vehicle is definitely needed, but it’s worth it for the comfort and quiet. Sara and Alex’s hospitality and communication were first class—they made us feel like family. One important tip: go with the restaurant they recommend. We chose Pizzería Rústica—Brooklyn-style pizza and tap beer hit the spot. I’m already planning my return.
