This Guardamar del Segura is a short drive away ( about 5 minutes). Water sports can be practiced or you can spend a day in Tabarca taking the tabarquera in Guardamar or Santa Pola. This town is a 15-minute drive away. Other activities that can be done in nearby locations are balloon based or horseback riding. There are numerous golf courses in the area, the nearest being the Marquise's just 15 minutes away.

Semi-detached house in one of the best beaches in Spain, located in the privileged area of La Marina, from them you can walk to the pine forest and the beach and the natural reserve of the dunes of Guardamar. It is a semi-detached house of two heights. Downstairs, open terrace, covered terrace, living room and kitchen. On the upper floor, the double room with terrace, the beds and the bathroom with shower.
