This was one of the best stocked rentals I have ever stayed in. It has a very large balcony with great views of the water. I did not have a car so having needed amenities (grocery store, train) close by was important. There is a nice boardwalk that runs in front of the building with lots of restaurants, shops and a local fresh fish and vegetable market nearby. You can see the Spar mini market from the balcony. The train station is about a 15 minute walk, but would recommend Uber if you have luggage. I walked to the train and went to Tavira for the day. The host, Tomas, was absolutely amazing. Great communication and provided flexible check-in and check-out which was appreciated. It is very obvious he is concerned for his guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time despite the average weather, the apartment is in a great location, quiet, the view is amazing, close to all shops and very good restaurants nearby Maria welcomed us in person, she is really adorable, welcoming, and explained everything to us, I can't wait to go back to Ayamonte, charming little town and especially to Maria's apartment, thank you again for your kindness we were able to get a change of scenery thanks to you

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of Antonio’s apartment after traveling from larger cities. The apartment is large, airy and very clean. Antonio was very kind and walked us to the apartment and showed us around upon check-in. We would stay at Antonio’s again.

A very nice apartment for our short stay in Fuseta with family. Location is very good. The view from the balcony is superb. Durate and his co-hosts are very responsive and friendly. Super Clean The bedding is very good and we had very good nights there. Thanks for your hospitality!

Steffanie was great at check-in, she met us there early and talked us through the place. Lovely apartment with a great pool that our girls loved even in the cooler weather. The apartment is close to a nice street full of restaurants and bars. We took a taxi to Tavira a few times as we loved exploring there.

It was a very nice week in Portugal with a great apartment. The spaces are nice and bright, clean and absolutely welcoming. Here you can really feel at home ☺️ The host is really great and very nice in communication 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 10/10 and highly recommended. Would book again immediately!

We really loved our stay with Carla. The apartment itself is clean, big rooms and the living space is big too. The kitchen is well equipped and balcony area is big enough to both sit out and eat too. The pool is really big with a shallow section which is great for younger children. Location is also brilliant for getting to the beach and local restaurants. The apartment also had a shade umbrella which we put to good use as it was hot!!

Islantilla's house is very comfortable, clean and fresh. The owners are looking forward to all the time, facilitating the stay and giving suggestions. It's close to the beach, shopping, and dining. It is very nice to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden and listening to the birds. The trees in the garden give good shade for most of the day.

It was a good experience, the house was cozy and the location was very good.

David and Megan took our booking at very short notice and were very helpful throughout. The house is lovely -- very homely and there were lots of useful basics left behind by others, as well as a welcome pack of coffee etc. (Refreshing to have a filter machine, not Nespresso!) Bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. Excellent loo paper -- shows a generous attitude!Comfortable beds. I'm sure the outside shower would be a bonus in high summer. Because we were a late booking, David and Megan regretted not being able to greet us, so they made the effort to come along on our last day, to say hello/goodbye! What a difference from the too-big commercial outfits, where the space isn't homely and the minimum is provided! We would definitely return and Tavira is a delight. (Go to the Fado in the church.)

What a large house! 3 terraces and 3 large bedrooms together with a fully equipped kitchen and nice living space. Lovely to stay and easy communication. We will come back!

We had a wonderful holiday. The house is very nice and we immediately felt comfortable. The location is perfect, in a few minutes you are at the beautiful beach and reach numerous cafes and restaurants. Great for holidays with a toddler. Cátia welcomed us personally and very warmly and gave helpful tips. Currently (May 25), there is a construction site next door, which is quite noisy during the day. It didn't bother us because we were on the road anyway during that time. But if you want peace and quiet at home, you have to expect noise. I'm sure we'll be back! ☺️

Maite's apartment is the best you can find in Costa Ballena. It's spacious and new. It's very bright and well-equipped. Air Conditioning is practically not needed because it is quite cool just opening a couple of windows. It has two excellent terraces and the bedrooms are of a good size. The beach is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. It's in a quiet area of Costa Ballena. The development has several pools that are not usually very crowded and a couple of paddle courts. The only thing we had of any problems with was the water heater. It is very small for a family of four if we all are showered behind each other, it would be important to notify them in advance so that guests can organize themselves, because once you already know it, it is no problem. They miss trash cans in the bathrooms and a larger hair dryer. But overall we were very comfortable and communication with Maite was very smooth

The apartment is as shown in the listing and is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. It is located in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes' walk from the city center. Mari Carmen is a very caring host and she helped us with everything on our arrival, in addition to giving us very useful directions on our arrival. Totally recommendable.

We had a great time in August. We had a problem with one of our vehicles that broke down and they made it easy for us to leave our luggage at the accommodation until the vehicle was delivered to us. In addition to that, they were very kind and empathetic with our situation. Everything else is as described, everything is very clean and next to the beach, we will repeat for sure

My 90-year-old mother-in-law and family spent more than two months of very pleasant enjoyment here, just as convenient as at home, sunbathing in front of the beautiful golf course every day, very convenient to go to the nearby supermarket to buy food, etc., in the afternoon, walking the dog by the sea, occasionally listening to the pleasant sound of the waves entering the water at night! It's a wonderful retirement life! The Host is very high quality and never disturbs us. When we encountered some problems, he replied immediately. When we just checked in, he personally drove us around to familiarize us with the surroundings and introduced the situation. We were very touched, especially reluctant to leave, but we had to go back to our own home! I hope to come back if I get the chance!

Lovely home, quiet and very near the beach. We felt safe and loved having a terrace. Cafe and inexpensive bike rental near by.. We hope to return soon.

We had a terrific 10 week stay at Fernando's place. There were a few minor snafu's our first couple of weeks, but Fernando was always quick to respond and quick with a solution. The apartment itself was clean, efficient, and well provisioned. Kitchen supplied everything needed to successfully cook a great meal, bathroom was spotless and offered multiple sets of towels, bed was comfortable, with multiple sets of sheets, pillows, and blankets. Living room comfortable, light, and airy. And...as everyone mentions, the terrace is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach, restaurants, and a couple of small markets. All in all, it is a very homey place, it doesn't feel like a short-term vacation rental. Would not hesitate to book again!

The description fully matches what we found, the apartment has everything, everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable. Very good area with restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Access to the beach is just a few minutes' walk through a pedestrian area in front of the exit of the residential development. We will definitely be back.
