Monthly Rentals in Playa de Conchalio

The road to get there is very good and the truth is that the house has a very good location. A shopping mall with fast food restaurants and a supermarket, even souvenirs, is nearby. But there are other shopping malls around. By car it is 10 minutes from Sunset Park, which is an attraction in the area. The house is beautiful, with a pergola to enjoy the hammocks and a good barbecue. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the common areas are comfortable and have a TV. The pool has a good depth to enjoy as a family. We appreciate the attention of Gabriel and Linda, who were our hosts. They made us feel right at home.

Diego’s place was an excellent get away in El Salvador right outside of San Salvador. The house is beautiful and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Diego was very responsive and helpful the entire trip!

Guillermo is a gem! He is super nice and communicates quickly if you have any questions or issues! He always responded to me within minutes. I really recommend this villa. It was so nice and relaxing, just like the images. Tons of places to sit and hang out. It’s super cute too! A/C in the rooms that works perfectly. There is a black sand beach not even 5 minutes from the Vila. The days we went it almost felt private—it’s tucked away from public entrances. I’ve heard a lot of other beaches are rocky so we felt lucky to have access to this beach! Going up the stairs to the other beach is also a beautiful walk. Altogether a prime location for soaking up sun. Definitely grab some groceries or plan to rent a car! Pelícanos is very close, and the tienda has water. But that’s pretty much it, you’ll have to drive if you want food anywhere else or commit to walking a bit away. Overall a beautiful place to stay and would recommend. The house is very nice. Everything was clean and easy to find. Everything you need. We appreciate you letting us know when it was ready for us to check in. Keep in mind that the property is close to the street and some noise can be heard. At the entrance to the residential complex, they tell you that you can't use the beach club. Otherwise everything was excellent and the value for money is very good.
