Ceiling fans are also available through-out. High-speed Wi-Fi connection (fiber optic). The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

Distributed over 2 floors, the ground floor with a living room-kitchen and toilet, the first floor with 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning-heating as well as fans in the living room and both bedrooms. It also has a rooftop to enjoy the beautiful nights in the moonlight. IN SUMMER THE MINIMUM STAY IS 6 NIGHTS.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The apartment is very nice and bright. Almost on the beachfront (2 minutes away) and with ocean views from the two terraces, it is part of a very well-kept development, located within the same village. Great for family vacations and enjoy the wonderful enclave of Cabo de Gata-Níjar Park. The village has a nice sandy beach, several restaurants, small shops and a supermarket, as well as a ski rental and scuba diving center. Relaxation guaranteed!
