Very functional apartment in a quiet and pleasant residence. Very well located and central within lanzarote, which makes it easy to visit the different places of lanzarote (north and south). Host was responsive when we needed him. 2 pleasant and washed pools every day. Great stay on an island that still remains unspoiled and whose scenery is spectacular and beautiful.

Arturo was a friendly and very responsive host. Always replied quickly and sorted out any issue's immediately. Apartment was comfortable and very well equipped, although a couple of full length sun loungers would be welcome. In a quiet complex about ten minutes walk from more facilities. Fast WiFi and free Netflix. Swimming pool is unheated but useable and very clean. Now has a barrier around it so not a lot of room to sit out there.

I was very comfortable in Uli's apartment and she was great with me. The apartment is not perfect but I had everything I needed to stay the whole month. The area is quiet and although you can hear the planes taking off, at night it is quiet. I had no problem parking in the area.

Fully equipped apartment, especially the kitchen. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Large, sunny terrace. Close to downtown and beach. Highly recommended.

Carlos’s apartment in Costa Teguise is located really well and sits within a private complex that is beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor unheated pool which in our kids loved. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and there are plentiful bars and restaurants close by to keep everyone happy. As others have said, the apartment probably needs refurbished in the long term but this didn’t dampen our stay. Beds were comfy and if you ever needed anything, Pili who manages the property for Carlos was available immediately via What’s-app Such a lovely little holiday home in the sun. Would recommend!

Beautiful apartment with all amenities needed.Very private and peaceful location.Within walking distance of the beach and the bars.On the edge of the strip area of Puerto del Carmen.Airconditioning/heater available although we were unable to turn up the temperature when a little cooler at night as instructions in Spanish.A second set of towels and bedding and also a second set of keys or a keysafe would have been beneficial. However a great apartment Great value for money.Nice pool on site .

What can I say it was a very enjoyable stay has everything you might need for a great vacation the accommodation was spotless and we were greeted by a chap called Oliver a great guy very helpful It is in a location that is actually away from the old town but 10 min walk gets you down amongst the shops bars and restaurants If you are a little unsteady walking then I recommend a taxi to get you back up the hill it’s a beauty especially when you have sampled the selection of wines and spirits would we come again definitely

The hosts were impeccable they let me know when everything was going to happen (carnivals etc.) they truly responsive when I had a problem with Wi-Fi they were there in a flash and sorted it out. The place was really clean. I had a problem walking up from the strip (I’m 74 years old) but apart from that no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place.

Loved our stay at Giuseppe's place, a lovely apartment on a beautiful peaceful complex in a fantastic location. Apartment was great and had everything we needed, nice modern bathroom with a walkin shower, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. No toaster but oven had a grill which we used for our toast. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. Loved the very spacious and private balcony which gets the sun all day and offers shade if you sit further back. No sunbeds on the balcony but no problem, I took one from the sunbathing area out front and used it on the balcony, it was great . Plenty of towels, sheets etc for our stay and a having the washing machine was great. Iron as well and a proper hairdryer! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. 😁

The apartment is really cozy, we felt right at home. Patricia is a very kind and attentive host. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea and is very well-equipped! We had a great vacation The apartment is very well located in Lanzarote and the pool is lovely.

The apartment is small but nice. It is comfortably furnished and the kitchen is really well equipped, so you can easily cook. When we checked in, Romina set up German TV for us. The balcony is small and not suitable for outdoor dining. The apartment complex is very pretty and the walk to the beach and the nearest supermarket is not far. If you want to experience Spain or eat Spanish, however, you have to leave the place, the beach mile is completely British/Irish oriented. The small city beach is very suitable for digging and bathing with small children. Communication with Christian and Romina worked wonderfully and both responded immediately to a small problem. The only drawback is the location of the bedroom. The expressway is sometimes quite noisy and the garbage cans are right behind the house. All in all, we felt very comfortable and spent a few really nice days here!

Had an absolutely brilliant time It was peaceful and close to everything (within 5 minutes) your at the beach, local shops , friendly pubs and restaurnts. The location is within 15 minutes either by taxi or coach from the airport. Taxi fares were very cheap. I paid 10 euros (inc tip) from the airport to the beatriz hotel (as a place marker) walked less than 5 mins and easily found it straight up the path from there. The studio was very clean on arrival, had all the amenities you could want Cooker, washing machine, lovely shower (wetroom) fridge freezer, tv, kettle plenty of cup/plates and other kitchen utensils. Even bread, Milk, cheese and ham was provided. Bed sheets, Pillows and Towels were provided also. (i brought my own towels and used them) The sofa bed was comfy to sit and sleep on. I did not pull the bed out though to make it into a double it was big enough as a single. Sharon was a star with getting back to any queries I had. I would highly recommend for singles or couples

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was spotlessly. Also the hostess was exceptional. We definitely recommend it.

the accommodation is not very easy to access by car, however Elsa will very kindly tell you a parking located 5 minutes away and where there are always places, this is where I parked without any worries! Elsa is a very responsive host, and very kind and, despite a delay on my part, our appointment for the check-in, she immediately found a solution in the person of her sister, whom I also thanked, who was kind enough to welcome me... The stay went really well and the apartment is nice!

We loved Marta’s apartment which was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We were especially impressed by how friendly her neighbours were; always ready for a chat and recommending restaurants, etc, Matagorda was an ideal location for us; a great variety of restaurants nearby, beautiful beaches, easy walking to Carmen and bus stops.

Access to the beach/ shops could be difficult as the hill is very steep, you can find alternative routes which are not so direct, people with disabilities would find this location a struggle

Great place with parking nearby. Walking distance and nice pool area. The water was cool but we didn't expect to be able to swim in March, so it was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was very clean and Paola is a very responsive host. Only downside, our room was on the street side, above the restaurant terraces, so quite a bit of noise in the evening. It didn't bother us much but could slow down people with light sleep. I still recommend this place.

Susi help us out when we were in a tight spot with a last minute booking. The place was gorgeous with a pool adjacent which was ideal, close to the beach and local shops. Susi even sent us a local guide to the area. Shame we couldn't stay longer. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a couple. Walkable distance to the shop and city centrum with restaurants. Swimming pool in the areal and beach is also in walkable distance. The whole complex is calm and quiet and nicely situated for trips. Parking possible in front of the apartment, ideal if you rent a car. Small private patio is also great for morning coffees and evening drinks. David is proactive , responsive and friendly. We had a great time there.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! Pascale, the host, was very responsive and provided good instructions by phone as well as in her binders provided. The apartment was spotless, very warm, accessible, only 10 minutes from amenities and the beach. The provision of condiments and electronics was appreciated. A few notes: the iron was a personal effect so no touch, there was only one duvet, no lighter blanket, making the nights warm. Note that the TV had an unstable signal and the air conditioning requires 1€ in a box for each use. I didn't understand if the pool was accessible and/or shared, I didn't venture there, and there are cameras that I was not informed about, feel free to knock down the caches. Anyway, it was a great experience. I would recommend this place for its comfort and responsiveness of the host!

A modern, bright, and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped with various coffee-making options, a brand-new cooker, and a fridge. The spacious balcony enjoys sunlight for most of the day and features a large table which was perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. Virginie was incredibly responsive, providing clear communication without being overbearing or making unexpected visits - something I’ve experienced elsewhere in the past! The pool was quite cold during our visit, but coming from Scotland, we didn’t mind. Kathy’s wee pool bar was a great spot for quick and convenient snacks, with friendly service. The location benefits from four different supermarkets just minutes away on foot, as well as a well-stocked pharmacy only two minutes away. It’s a wee bit of a walk for older or not as well abled guests down to the strip but taxis are very cheap!

We had a lovely stay! Elīna was very friendly and helpful and had kindly left some essentials upon our arrival which helped us feel at home! place was very stylish and clean. We really enjoyed using the pool area and was very clean and quiet. Only a short walk from the beach and lots of restaurants. Would stay again!

Had a fantastic time. The early April weather was perfect and the apartment was in excellent order. Lots of phone charging points, plenty of utensils in kitchen, very comfortable beds. Parking outside isn’t a problem at all.
