All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Los Alamos, Country house.

Los Alamos is a beautiful country house with spectacular views, to disconnect from the maelstrom and connect with rest, nature, and enjoyment. A construction from the early 20th century, which was renovated but maintains its essence, and has all the amenities. It is equipped for 12 people, with a kitchen, stove and wood-burning oven. There is also a barbecue grill and a large park with a heated pool. It is located in the rural area between the city of Juan Lacaze and the Artilleros resort.

A block and a half from the coast and beach area, 2km from the center and old town, 3km from Plaza de Toros (Bullring), 2km from the shopping mall and surrounded by essential services (supermarket, pharmacy, service station). Living room with wood stove. Study: bunk bed, refrigerator, tableware, microwave and heater. Bedroom: double bed, sofa bed, dressing room, TV, air conditioning.

The happy quiet

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
