Vacation rentals in Platja de San Pere

Had a great stay at Joan's place. We liked the huge roof terrace best, where we were very happy to start and end the day. Even if the weather was not super good, we were able to get to know a lot of Mallorca, although it was always associated with some driving. The playground next door was heavily visited on dry days, but did not bother us at all by the noise level. The communication with Joan was great, if you had any questions or problems, there was always an immediate answer and a solution. We will be happy to come back again!

We had a very nice stay. The house is spacious. You can always find a great place outside and the area is pleasantly quiet. Nevertheless, you can easily walk to the city and to the beach. We will be happy to come back here.

Xesca is a lovely host and was very helpful and understanding ref a mix up at check in. Xesca had left a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits for our arrival a very thoughtful touch. She had also left in milk as requested thank you. Apartment very near the beach and the promenade and shops. The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated. There were leaflets about other tourist attractions and some novels which were useful. we enjoyed our break tremendously.

Nothing to say because everything was good and as described.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

I really loved my stay in Biniaraix and the apartment was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and the perfect hideaway.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. Maria is lovely host who is always available, responds quickly and has good reccomendations for Restaurants etc. We arrived on a public holiday and she has done some shopping for us :) The house is big and has a fantastic view. You can walk 2 minutes to the sea.
