Grand & Cozy Loft with Indoor Patio in Sitges

Gaze through an incredible arched window that extends almost across the whole room and to the ceiling of this light-filled loft. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.

Independent toilets. Terraces on the road side with side sea view. We acquired this apartment in 2016 after several years of vacation rental. The apartment is really as a house in 50m from the beach and 200m of the church and 350m of the station. Refurbishment planned for the end of 2025.
